GMs have confirmed that Lithiniath has not popped in the last 28 days and therefore they state:
"As for Lithiniath, after checking our logs, I see this mob has not been looted across any server for at least 28 days. This is a sign that the mob, most likely, was removed for some reason."
If you are working the Friends of the Tunarean Court and have waited forever for this mob to pop (along with the white stallion) I would recommend petitioning. I did and the GMs were good enough to verify that I've had the other crests in this quest line for so long and gave me the Crest of the Unicorn to finish the line.

I've been working on the Friends of the Tunarean Court now for over a year, this is my last quest. I go to PoM at least once every day and I have yet to see this horse. Anyone seen him lately or does anyone know if he still pops?

I have been killing here with my friend with alts for months now and i never see it pop anymore. seems as if they removed the horses, at this age in eq i doubt it being heavily farmed is the reason we arnt seeing them

Took this mob down tonight with a 70 chanter, 67 cleric, and 65 necro. Necro only landed Night's Fire and occasionally Blood of Thule. Mob turned at 11%. This is purely a melee fight, resisted all other spells. I was quite surprised to get so many spells. The cleric got Stun Command cuz he didn't have it, and necro took Augmentation of Death. Easy kill. I did clear the surrounding mobs for when it ran.

She was a pretty easy fight for a 68 beast with only a few defensive aa's and mostly bazaar gear... I was unable to slow her but suspect I might have been able to if I dispelled her resist magic buffs. Has a decent amount of hp, probably about double a regular mob in pom (?) but hits like a caster. Also spends a good deal of the time casting.
Resisted almost everything with an MR of just 216 through most of the fight.

Just solo'ed her as a 70 rogue. Max hit was 170 but normally around 100. She spends most of her time casting and IS an enchanter, not a mix of classes. Was hit by enchanter nuke, fear, trepidation, boltrans agacerie and she also summons. Dropped the horn, diamond, a jester, gift of insight, form of the great bear and improved invisibility x2.

Accidentally dropped him into the moat but it work because when he ran he didn't grab any extra agro.
Dropped Lithiniath's Horn and Black Marble. Pretty easy fight, no one went OOM and didn't really hit that hard to begin with so minor druid heals were usually enough.

this thing is a pushover... but than we did have a beta-tested wizzard chain casting 2000 hp ae's and chain casting complete heal and hp buffs + right clickable kei.... >>--(*_*)-->

Summons, blinds, fears and gates. If you pulled him to the zone in to fight and he gates beware of forest adds, as he Gates back to the left side of the castle where he came from.

I saw lith and the white stallion standing outside the castle right next to each other. They were to the right of the invisible bridge.

Got help from a 65 druid, and myself, 57 druid. Charmed a skunk, sent it in to melee. Killed him, no problem.
Killed Lith the other nite on routine, and got some Words of Wealth (i forget which corner, i lost the roll). This makes no since to not have changed Lith's loot table, bein that the quest NPC for the gift box quest is no longer in game =/ You'd think they could take a useless item out of a loot table, heh.
On a side note, its kinda funny bein that Lith is still on Velious regen, yet all the other mobs in the zone (cept for the white stallion) are on PoP regen. Meaning:
You are a druid solo. You charm a skunk and send it in on Lith, and it starts to look like Lith is winnin. Egress when pet is almost dead, run back to spot. Pet will be fully regen'd and Lith will be at like 30% or whatever. Recharm and make an easy kill. *Not that Lith will be able to take a hasted skunk with you nukin*

I started my Tunarean Signet quest over a year ago, and never finished it because I couldn't get to Lithniath. With the revamp, I zoned into the zone, exactly as described here.
During my third visit, to scope out PoM, the White Stallion was up also, so I rallied a group and took down Lithniath. We had 54 druid (me) , 55 cleric, 65 mage, 63 monk, 65 warrior, 65 shaman. Lithniath was very easy with this team. Nothing assisted Lithniath.
Getting to Lithniath was easy, we just followed the wall (as facing castle with the wall to your back, follow the wall to the left).
We had to kill 3-4 mobs (dark blue to me at 54) and one mob (yellow to me) while on the way.
Pretty easy. The blind and fear is annoying but doesn't last long.

Not only can you not come here at lvl 1 no matter how much help you have you can't zone into tov either both zones have the 46+ cap if you try to zone to tov it ports you to the zone safe point
I cried when i had no shoes, till i met a man with no feet.
Can any one tell me if the horn is no drop? Can someone else who is bound there get it for me and bring it down?

This horse, Lithiniath, is level 63, not 61. I'm actually not too sure of it's class, to be honest with you, as it has a few tricks up it's sleeve that go outside the box that just X-Class can cast.
It's melee is very weak for it's level, max it seems to be 190ish. It's most annoying attack is the manaless spell/proc of blindness it will almost chain cast on whomever has it's attention. It fears a bunch too, will cast a damage-shield on itself, it cast AE Tash and can even stun like a pally/cle. Very odd horse. Oh yeah, it's MR is 100%. It dropped 4 high-level spells, 1 card, 1 emerald ring and it's horn when killed.

Wrong way around. If you mention phat lewt to Lith, s/he directs you to Thirneg. Thirneg DTs you if you say "i seek phat lewt" :).

Anyone know if this mob has a high resist for magic? Can he be hit only with melee? Since he's an animal can he be feared? How would someone kill this mob?

First off it's through the Temple of Veeshan...Unless that Level 1 character to whatever ( 34 I think was mentioned ) has beginning great Faction with Claws of Veeshan or a very GENEROUS CotH Mage... doubt he/she'd be there. Second off, it's not a stupid zone nor childish. They made it as it is because in all reality ( whether game or real life ) there is always a place or group of people you won't ever understand. In Norrath you can't just keep it racial... they're "Keeping it Real". Insult upon insult I read when people play this GAME... hey, there's an idea, it's a GAME ( hence forth meaning HAVE FUN ). Can't have fun if you have one person making a comment from what they either know or might have experienced and being insulted by a person with MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME ON THEIR HANDS. I'd like a little more information about this place... BUT, rude, ignorant and insensitive people are detering those with comments due to ridicule. PRETTY PLEASE give me more info on this mob. Does he/she cast? Summon ( even though it's obvious hehe, due to level )? Immune to Magic? Immune to Fire? Immune to Cold? Immune to Poison? Immune to Disease? How hard does he/she hit? Is he/she duable by one group or does it take six? Spawn time if VERY essential... has anyone killed he/she and stayed for another round? What faction hit does this give? Is he/she KoS to everyone or indifferent til attacked? Though he/she cons red, being the Plane of MISCHIEF could it actually be simple to kill? Hope to see you all there sometime...IF I ever get there that is.

you serious about the lvl 1 thing? even if you can get in, i doubt you would be able to get through Temple of Veeshan to get there, not to mention all of the other Velious zones

In an Ancient Greek belief system, there was a goddess who sent children bad dreams, and omens in their sleep named Lyscinius. She was personified as a dark horse, or mare; hence the term "Nightmare". This looks to me like a PoM version of that... Maybe the designer had a little bit of a lithp? =) Verant's sense of humor maybe extends beyond its idea of fair risk-v-reward... Be safe, y'all.

I dunno bout anyone else. But this plane is a bit...well..stupid. They came up with a few un-called for names that sound immature. They should make it at least a bit scarier I mean come on! Its called the plane of mischief not Rivervale 2!god! Has Verant gone mad? Like for example. there is an enemy called "Zero" and one named "I like this one" thats just insane. Someone please support this post. Thanks.
The thing is, all of the jokes are connected somehow. I don't remember any of the details, but i know the gorillas on the chessboard are supposed to be chess pieces and their names indicate the order of moves

I think they designed a plane that's supposed to be a little like a bad acid trip. That's sort of the reasoning behind it. Due to it's absolute ridiculousness and bizarreness, I fully intend on visiting at some point, if nothing else it provides an absolute, 180-degree angle away from anything else in the world of EQ, which at times can become a bit "cookie-cutter". So my hat's off (only for a second, it's AC 15), to Verant for coming up with something that is at the very least intriguing and at most probably a blast.
