After about 4 billions years of roaming and checking this page I finally found her, in the water a little due west of the Orc Camp at /loc -456, -1907, -24. Granted that she is probably a roamer, it seems that she is in the water... hence her being the power of water girl.

To start the Jinalis part of mage epic and to do final turn ins I found her in the water west of the orc camp floating just under the surface. Use the location given in the epic description then jump in the water just west and look around. She's not too far out.

Just saw her literally standing inside the tunnel, right before you zone into Unrest.
If you have any evil characters check the corner carefully, wouldn't be good to bump into her.

Found her standing on the shoreline a little north-west of the orc camp on the East side of the Cauldron (location 4 on the EQ atlas map). She was dubious to my Dark Elf Mage, but the hand-in worked fine.
Someone told me she didn't spawn until 72 hours after the server came up, but she was there about four hours after a patch.

She was not on water when I found her either. I had to get a bard to track her and he found her under the island. Bad pathing me thinks, and she was never fixed.

I can confirm that, at least when I found her, she was not roaming. She was treading water just beneath the surface at neg 220, neg 1400 in Dagnor's Cauldron. Just bring a tracker and make it easy on yourself.

I was on the island, selling some stuff to the poison merchant and I ssaw her. At 41st level see con'd Very red to me and dubious (of course I was wearing Air Elemental, so that Might have affected it.) Anyway, I had just put up Invis when Low and behold see get attacked by dwingus and a gobbo shaman. She quickly dispatched them, and walked away.

Oi, this wench is KoS to my DarkElf Necromancer.
An Iksar monk friend who got off course to Kedge ran into her, and sent me a tell for a cr assist. I thought, bloody marr ya wimp..it's a lv teens zone...but I was in Kedge so came out to assist.
Sure enough, no sooner had I found his corpse I got nuked HARD by this wench. I was VERY surprised, having no idea there was anything in DC to threaten my lv 60 Necro. Fortunately, I had DMF on, so popped above the water and hauled butt to a zoneline. She does not see invis however, so it was an easy retreival once unseen.

She moves around, since I've seen her all over the place, including sitting right in the orc camp.

Actualy shes a bit farther around the lake then Unrest, her exact loc is Neg 502 Neg 2035
