Kardakor  

I went with my 45 SK and my dad's 59 Druid, he had tank merc & i had healer merc, both of us had pets and he killed all of us in (at the most) a min. I thought it was pretty funny though when he wacked us in the air.

i just soloed him 70 SK... gota keep levi on.. and youll do fine... hes a wimp... sh*ty he doesnt drop anything though

i (46 war) was in cavern with a 65 cleric and a 61 mage killing looking for spells well then we ran into everyones friend and we thought hey even the cleric with get exp for this one.. I then attacked next thing i see is temp at MB for donations.. DOA

Okay.. been killed by this guy once already.. (real fast).. Now after reading several of these posts not entirely sure why you'd try and kill him anyway, (other then just plain old revenge for a whomping he gave you in the past). I did have one quip tip for you though.. His chaotic gravity proc can be negated if you are using lev. just a tip for those of you who want a little payback.

Here's the facts about Karkador:

He hits for about 229 max. With every hit he procs Chaos Breath which hits for 1260 (with a -150 resist adjust).

Now I'm no chump, I went into this fight a level 65 mage. I had just seen my friend, a 65 pally get smoked by this mob in 10 seconds. I had to know why.

By the way, he IS on CoV faction, I was amiable to him, and pull the wurm next to him without aggro.

HAHA! I was doing great, being a level 41 War and pulling the heck out of the cavern. We had moved into the intersection for Guardians and where Brrodmother sits.. I had pulled everythignin reach.. Hey, here is a tunnel I had never been down! Cool, ther is a mob, Named. I sent a group message saying here is %t, you want me to get it... No response.. a few ticks later, sure enough, my guildies say Pull it. hehe, it gets Ugly, a Critical hit with an arrow! 47 point dmge, You are slammed against the CELING for 1246 points of damage, You are slammed against the Celing for 1247 points of damage... Returning to Home Point.... haha!

Point is, I do not think Lev will assit you as the gravity slams you againt the celing. IMHO.

I was on with my 40 Ranger and sent a tell LFG. Five 50+ were hunting giants at the giant fort and were kind enough to invite me. Spent a few minutes there when 1 asked if the group wanted to hunt worms. I told hem that a 40 Ranger was a bit low and they assured me that with their buffs it was not a problem. Went to the cave entrance, got some great buffs and felt better. Went in and we kept going in and kept passing worms and I kept telling them that we are going very deep and its getting a bit uncomfortable for me. Well, we got to a lair and there were 2 worms, this one and another. Of course they both conned very red to me but when one of the 50's said this one conned red to her I was really worried and then I notice that it was a named worm. The 50+ tank got close and moved a little closer and then he was dead. The others left/gated and of course not a good place for a 40 Ranger to be. I was far enough away, invised myself and managed to find my way out alive. It would have been very, very nice if the 50+ druid had evacuated me/us. A leason learned.

He is higher than 55.. I would be betting 58-65. I was a 55 shaman when I saw him, was invis... conned RTM.

I went looking around the worm caves and found this guy I was invis and he was indif.. He didnt agro. Even when I was close to him.

Well just wanted to post here to add to the long list of "agro through the wall" deaths here. Only stupid thing that I regret is going back to try and get my corpse. Thinking this was a mob that i could see...lol You can't see him when he is on the other side of a wall huh?

Oh well as I type this message the system went down for a system wide update...Just hope that my corpse will...errr ahhh wait make that corpseS will still be there when the game gets back up and running.

Just so ya know I am a lvl 51 shammy and clawed for 300 on a double then AoE for 1240...both times.

Kinda sucks if ya ask me

I was totally lost in GD and was using LOC to find my way to Thurg, winding my way through hills and such, avoiding FGs and wolves as I am only a 32 pally. I was doing well when I saw Kardakor hits you for 86 dmg. I never looked back, ran for Thurg and lived to zone. =) Guess I was lucky, had no idea this mob even existed or what it was.

I'm a 51st level Druid.. i keep saying that .. i was with my guildie a 41st lvl Shammie .. and we were huntin the frost giants at the fort ..well oom and buffs falling ..now being chased by a train of them ..my ES gaunts only succeeded in getting me hit more ..so i ran as fast as my lil druid legs would take me ..i don't know where i went .up on a steep hill somewhere close to the wurms.. it was a ledge i was running around trying to ditch the giants and praying i'd find a zone line before i died .. well .. as i turned the corner .. WHAM .. you have been hit for 220pts. you have been hit for 220pts..then hit again ..tossed in the air and you have taken 1240 damage ..i was shocked ..never saw the bugger..and didn't know what it was..til now ..so now i know what it is ..and someday i will exact Yuri's revenge on him .. all i can say is that he is an equal opportunity slayer .. Beware..

Kardokar is a quest npc and is on Claws of Veeshan faction. the quest is for a pretty nice helm. he and Rolandal in WL are both part of the same quest. some people have killed him and Rolandal and discovered the loot was...NOTHING. so don't expect this guy or Rolandal to be killed often, because the pain of killing them for no loot isn't worth it. :)

Let me tell ya, somwtimes wanders is TRUE! I was in GD the other day killin FG when the next thing I knew, I saw LOADING PLEASE WAIT in red. I had no idea what happened, so when I re logged I scrolled back and read that Kardakor slashed me for 220 and hit me with the spell for 1200. Never even saw him, never even had a chance to breathe. I got hit in between the ent to EW and the FG fort, so I would conclude he DEFINATLY roams. I would like to caution peeps tp be careful, but how can you be careful against an attack that lasts .5 sec? Well, good luk anyways, and be aware that he is around in GD.

Lvl 49 Necro....was hunting worms for a little exp. All was well and I was medding up when I saw a Named Wurm (Kardacor) coming toward me. i didnt have much time to con so I stood up and sent in pet. i immediatly started to cast Invoke Fear. I got the spell off, he resisted of course and then walked through my Lvl 49 pet like he wasnt even there,killing him. then I got hit for 1240 AoE....and was dead. at least I got to see him. Looks like every other Shard Wurm.

I fell 3 times to this wurm too. Was just helping someone get their corpse. Should have know someting was up when i saw all the other deads lying around. He is a named wurm that lives in the shardwurm caves, his cave is very close to the outside world and he kills anything that crosses close on the outside but doesnt see through invis. Petitioned because we thought it was bugged but GM say thats how it works.

My group and I had just moved into the caves where the Guardian and Broodmother spwan. We were doing fine killing them as the popped. Then I tracked Shardtooth, so we go over and kill him no problem. I then sit down to med, and then BAM- double hit for 229 each (total 458) and I die. The funny thing about this is that I had 1,608 hit points at the time and kardakor was attacking through the wall. So I report myself, so 'they' can see the text of me dying, and petition. I was amazed, I had the GM in the zone in under 10 minutes there. I died from some glitch, but everone else in my party was never hit with his AOE; kardakor just clawed them to death double hitting for 1,000 a hit.

so when he jump on the warrior were not buffed and 50%forme in mana ...befor this we killing the other mobs hight lvl dont remenber...but the wurm kill all!!!!!! lol not fast but they kill all becuase we did know when he attack so we can look each time all player so one of the guild say STOP krishan die!!! after him ...and me BANG!!hit for like 158 dmg but when he AE you cant run hehe but no one run because all tink we can got it but he fear!!!

Last night I was helping a dwarf locate his corpse (im a half elven bard, follower of quellious) and ended up near the giant camp, so I started singing my invis/see invis song. The second the dwarf went to loot his corpse, he just died - just like he had a heart attack or something! I stood there for a second looking around, and managed to target this Karkador guy standing right next to me, but the wierd thing is, he didnt attack me (so either I wasnt KOS with him, and/or he couldnt see through my invis). So luckily I was able to drag both the dwarf corpses back to the thug zone for him to collect - got to admit is was wierd to be able to target Karkador through a mountain if thats what happened, but I think he was actually roaming outside and had some form of invis that doesnt show up with see invis. Can anyone explain it?

Was lost in GD when I stumbled upon this guy near that one camp with that one guy (cant remember name, think it starts with a "V") and saw:

something about my world and then...BAM! ! ! ! hit for 1240 and slamed onto the ice. Went back for my corpse, and I did petition because I never saw the guy and higher lvls told me it was a bug. When I got to my corpse I dragged it a couple of feet when I saw the same thing I saw 5 min ago. LOADING PLEASE WAIT... Guide told me he could do nothing, and I died 4 times trying to get my corpse with my items on it. I FINALLY GOT IT AND WAS SO HAPPY! Yea...right...happy...losing a ton of exp.... needless to say I HATE THIS STUPID WURM!

I was just wondering...If u have Levitate on you at the time that u are fighting him...will his Gravity flux be useless as an attack to ya? just asking since i have never ran into him or anyone else that can do that sort of spell

I was just running through Great Divide to get to the portal for a port and apparently, i took a bad path, that took me over top of a steep mountain. Next thing I know, i was clawed for (amazingly) only 79 and then gfluxed for 1240 and instantly dead. I'm a 51 cleric and was unbuffed at the time, but it wouldn't have mattered.
I also, never saw it at all, didn't even know what had killed me, except that it's name was Kardakor. I will get my revenge one day on ol' Kardakor.

im glad im not the only one i the world who was killed by it . it attacked me first when i was at half life with gflux so i thought i just fell really far. turns out went back for corpse get gflux again and then clawed for 230 or so damge died .sonow i am goin back invise cuz im awar im being attacked and invis runs out right on the first corpse boo dead again .gotta love it i was ready to quit i lost my lvl and all but one thing is for sure those wurms are safe from me buddy.
