been here a week or so maybe killed 500 orcs, NOT ONCE has inspector spawned

I just soloed one of these guys at level 28, was yellow to me, so I assume it was level 30 (because I had to use harm touch).
I have not ***** in here yet but I was thinking of taking my lev 30 monk here to lev. What I would like to know is whitch mobs cast? What classes of mobs are here and how camped is this place? Also I would like to know what spell you've seen the mobs here cast? thank you much for your help...

Almost is everything is light blue to green for my 45th level Ranger. I soloed the top and yawned alot as I was wanting to loot some acid.
But I got so nice coin and interesting loot. The Inspector spawn right on top of me and he took me down a half of a bubble because I had to target him first.
Snare is great to prevent them from running and jumping down the pit. Just pull them away from the pit before you fight them. If you want to fight at the bottom, first get someone to levitate you and then invisible you before you go in and then float down.

Im a level 54 monk and go to cc to hunt for money. It just seems like when ever you want some thing to spawn you will not get it. I have killed him about 9 times and he has always dropped the belt. Sometimes i have killed him 2 or 3 times while i was there and shouted out where it was. He is the most rare spawn out of the orcs though and if not for my ability to kill all orcs with ease he may not have spawned for me. Killing miners seem to help the most since ever time i have seen him he roamed around like the miners.

Killed him. 3 times, in a row would you believe (made some people happy, since the belt is Lore). I'm level 45 and he conned green twice and light blue the other time, so he can't be level 39 (minimum level for a dark blue con is 36 or so at level 45)
Therefore I think he's just a random level between 30 and 35 or so.

I think you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time, bud. Never been there, but from what I have heard, he's pretty easy to find. I cant wait to get high enough for CC. Curious: what are the stats on the belt?

A lvl 36 necro could solo any orc that spawned in CC. I can and I'm a lvl 34 mage. The only problem is adds. There are so many damn orc that they always add. But as a necro, you have some croud control (i.e. fear and what not).

Just sit in the crystal room (before the city) and pull from the tunnel. there is one spawn point about 40 feet in and others may wander through as well. Good for soloing as long as you stay to the crystal room at that lvl.

It would be nearly impossible to solo at lvl 29. The only thing in your range would be the miners, and pulling only one of them would be difficult. If you could find a goup, it would be no problem. I started hunting there as a lvl 30 mage, but never solod then.

I've never seen an even con at 38 OR 39, they were all blue. This guys is 34-36 and is an EASY solo.

me and my lvl 41 druid friend were bored so we decided to head here to beat this guy down. him and the 2 mobs near him all conned blue with my lvl 31 sk.Also he is easier i believe then the miners near him. We killed him once and got belt right away dont know spawn time

Don't be so quick to flame. Just because he's a nOOb doesn't mean you have to be irate. I solo'd him at 36 with my SK, so it is possible (I did have a lvl 60 dru hit me with regen) Snare is not what he ment. Pally = root not snare. Be more tolerent of peoples mistakes. No need to get irate. All you're post did is proove to me, that you're a bit bound up. **** a bit more, you'lll feel better.
I don't know what you mean lvl 39 only. He conned blue to a 35 monk this morning. Very easy kill if you didn't cound his 2 oracle friends and the herbalist backing him up. All too easy for a 35 wiz, 35 monk, and 43 pally. Just take out the oracles first and let pally snare the herbalist and inspector. Crystalline Belt dropped off inspector and Crystal Covered Shroud off the herbalist. I won the belt, but wizzy won the robe. She sold it to me for 20pp (WOOHOO!)

Right when i zoned into from EW he was all alone at zone entrance and i killed him and got the belt. Then while i was logging the herbie ran up to me and attacked me so i killed him too with more dificulty. Now i have about 2k of items to sell from just 2 kills lol I love this zone.

It means there is no lower "minimum level" for the mob...he is always level 39.

Ive killed him 7 or 8 times now, he have always droped the Crystalline blet.
He seems to be as harda as a miner, so he should be a warror mob in lvl range of 27-30.
All times ive killed him he has been a wanderer, and my guess is that any wandering miner could be a place holder...

I was killing the Herby and others for a while to lvl up in the caves, i have killed numerous Herbalists and only 1 inspector so far, i even went invs a few times to look for him cause a few guildies need the belt.....i think he may be on a rare spawn rate so good luck if you see him running

He is not very rare. I hunted in CC for about 5 hours one day. Killed 4 herbs and 3 inspectors. Dropped the belt everytime. Maybe you just have bad luck?

Hunted in CC for about 6 hours today and killed many herbalists but only one inspector (he did drop the belt)...as I was leaving I saw him being killed at the entrance by a couple of other guys so, yeah, he is VERY rare.
