Two things...
B.S. - he doesn't spawn anymore, and isn't level 50.
More B.S. - nothing has a 100hp per tick regen rate, not even the Sleeper.

actually a lot of mobs have regen as much as that and more. The best known one that springs to mind is Cazel in Oasis. His is somewhere between 100-300 (everyone seems to argue about exactly what it is).
If you want a easy to find and less scary mob to prove to yourself that high health regen mobs exist, go to Kael and try beating up the permarooted giant right by the entrance.

Hey Wing ; Just really curious to ask , If the cloak has changed, meaning the cloaks attributes are no longer a one chage gate effect but rather a "health regen" that is unlimited , then what's the name of this cloak? Or is the cloak still named the same but with different effect - Thanks

He meant Bloodboil is level 50 with 100 hp regen per tick, not the cloak.

No he does not spawn anymore all this was a GM only quest during a GM event. He does not spawn anymore. Niehter do Frightlings for the earring quest as they where part of the same event. Sorry guys.

This and the frightling skull quest were a GM event. The event lasted quite a while but is over now. Neither Bloodboil nor the frightlings spawn anymore. At least that is my understanding. I can tell you this for sure, I did the earing quest while LF was still overrun with undead and the sky was blood red. Wasn't too hard. Came back 2 days later to do this one and the event was over. That was the consensus of ALL in GF. Was really dissapointed. Don't waste your time looking for Bloodboil or the frightlings. They aren't there anymore.

i'm not sure, but seeing as how all the sprites and frightlings are nerfed, wouldn 't it mean this guy is too? it kinda bugs me that the frightlings are nerfed cuz i wanted to do the Silver Gilded Tiny Skull Earring quest

I am going to do quest, anyone know if Lsserfaydark on karana is still like it was? you know with the corrupted stuff? I just want the charisma and saves as im an enchanter = )

I have been camping this guy for three days now and no sign of him... Does he just randomly spawn amongst the faeries? I have been waiting for him to pop but there are only faeries and more faeries. Any additional info on this guy will really be appreciated. Thanks.

I spent time all weekend looking for him and faeries are now in his spawn point. Any ideas where he went?

Ok, FYI, it's not unlimited charges of Faygate, it's a whopping one. But hey, it's better than nothing I guess. Friend camped him for 40+ hours before he got his wing. So don't expect to get it quick. Good luck all you enchanters.

Ive never heard of this quest, but getting unlimited charges of a telport to Gfay will be a welcome ride considering I hate boats and dont liek paying 10-50plat for a port. You should get this cloak as soon as possible if youre a good race. Simple matter of triggering cloak doing whatever you need to do on Faydwer, than gating back. Perfect if you dont want to make the run past those spiders in FV just to get to a bank.
you dont get it do you? it has 1 charge, not unlimited. If it did, there would be verant killing the qest and a TON of people clering out Lfay in hopes of getting it, including lvl 60's.

first to spawns took about 45 minutes to an hour half minimum last spawn took forever.During las spawn a group came through and was steadily killing gearheart im wondering if this affects spawn time for bloodboil. Killed bloodboil three times in five hours total. not one time did he drop the wing. Gonna try again tomorrow.Blood boil will spawn on his own wether you kill anything or not. no detectable placeholder. soloed at 35.Bloodboil was blue to me and you will get aggroes.Usually a guard.I beguiled pulled twice any howlers near him will aggro while hes charmed. guards and other ypes mostly conned indifferent to me. iksars they dont like at. didnt think to try any other forms.i will experiment more tomorrow and see if any thing will change the howler con.They are rather annoying.The more i think about the more i am convinced that blood willspawn faster if camp left untouched

Just wondering if you are agnostic or did you pick a diety to follow? If you have a diety then no matter what form you take thy will hate you if thy follow an opposing diety.

Drops a Broken Bloodboil's wing. Turn it into Talisen Stormwing (sp) near the Mistmoore zoneline at the drixie ruins. You then get an Emerald Cloak of the Faydark.
