I, too, have camped this guy many times for days on end, and seen him spawn several times (for others who were camping him first - I was there to get a timer - and once for my husband's SK). Kill all the cougars you want. It won't do a thing but get you a stack or two of low quality pelts and keep you from falling asleep to the sound of the waves.
19 hours respawn, and then after that I would say (from my experience having timed this spawn more times than I would like to remember) +10 to +21 hours.
Excuse me, but I ahve to go back to IC now...

To respond to my own post, just killed SF. Spawn time was exactly 21 hours after server reset. Thus, my new claim is that SF is a 19+ hour spawn. :eek:
