edit - found him again. 100,563 hp this time. loger fight due to 2 reissts. he must regen well. he dropped 3 bio orbs .
edit - found him again. 9/9 730 am and now 9/12 630 pm. so he seems to be the 3 days 1-12 hours spawn timer. dropped 3 spine razors, dunno whats up with the triple loots.
Edit: found him more. 9/16 3 am, 9/19 11 am, 9/22 8:30 pm. the 3 days + 1-12 fits. Enjoy the info!

how much HP he got?
Seemed like a easy fight. Druid was using the Steadfast Servant, which kept me healed pretty well. Druid healed maybe once or twice. Kelorek tried to use a poison but never landed it. Dropped the cloak, orb, razor, sea dragon meat and scales, and a pristine emerald.
Killed him today for my first solo dragon
kill ever. (71 Ranger at the time)
Had Infusion and Steadfast Servant running.
Even with 530 cold resist his 900 cold dd still
hit me. Stuns like a madman as well.
Dropped the Typhoon sword, 2 cloaks, the dragon
meat, and a diamond.

Killed him today. He can be easily done with todays gear. I two boxed him with a 67 monk, 10k hp 1.7k ac with Tenacity, PoP Ornate chest and pants buffs and FoE 1 buff, 68 aa's, so you can easily see it's nothing special. Cleric is 74 with 217 aa's in the right spots and only 8.5k mana pool, with mostly Qvic+ and DoDH Spell mission gear. Just had to cast CH every.. I'd say minute or two when monk got to about 50% hp, which was still way too soon to cast. I pulled him to the beach and fought there. He's a pushover for those who want the cloak but don't want to pay the cash for it. The worst he does is a 900+ DD stun spell.
He dropped the cloak, 3 spine razors and some other trash. No spells on that kill though.

Got him today solo can say NOT a belly caster. I landed snare first try at max range trying to piss him off and follow me to land. Long pull btw from SG zone line but sure as hell did not want to fight him in the water. Only real surprise was his hps for that era dragon. Don't recall being summoned but did no damage other than DS on pull till I got to land.

duod him today with a 75 druid and me 73 ranger
was around a 5 minute fight
had a couple adds but they were no problem
he double hittd for average of 100s nothing over 200
has alot more hp then a kunark era dragon id say probably double or triple lodizal's hp
he stunned alot

Rather Easy kill... snareable, fully slowable... lots of hps... max hit on me was 213... stun AE was annoying and procced about every 20 seconds or so. Also had a proc "Deadly Poison" but i resisted it every time. easy fight, only had to heal 2 or 3 times... he summons and enrages

can someone post a general loc per chance
He spawns in the water and swims around. Generally I've seen him closer to the SG zoneline but, he can wander pretty close to the beach. If you are a tracking class, or just looking for him in general, you should be able to see him if you run from the port in to the SG zoneline.

I just killed this guy (6/10/06) with a 70 bard, beastlord, and druid ( me ). I pulled him out from water with snare and for first 40% of his health he was fixed on me ignoring bard. Then i teleported out and back and we finished him off.
Max hit with 1,350 AC and 2 Shielding was

He is either a 1 week, or a 3day +/- 12 hrs. He has no PH.
Is there a DCable mob in the zone who can take out the dragon? or even a charmable one?

MAx your damage shield, fight him straight up, save your mana for heals.
He seemed a bit more resistant to spells than the kunak era dragons. If you want spell damage, load up your swarm dot likne. The stun is annoying. I didn't notice him summon, but I never tried kiting him.

Errr... I gotta disagree. He's MUCH less resistant than Kunark era dragons. It often takes me 20+ slow attempts to slow a Kunark dragon, this one has never resisted a slow. Also never resisted a poison or magic DoT, neither of which have I ever landed a Kunark dragon. Maybe some other resists are different, but magic and poison land very easily on Kel.

Solo'd, 70 mage, 67 pet - scales, meat, 2 razors, 1 typhoon. Took about 5 minutes and 6k mana.

Only buffs used during the fight were Bobbing Corpse, Pact of Hate, Cloak of Discord and Shroud of Discord.
Took me about 10-11 mins to down him (epic 1.5 clicked at the start of the fight and was reclicked right after rage dropped) and I was OOM and full HP as he died. Stun/DD was not resisted even with IotF used. Dropped 2 scales, dagger, sword, bio orb and a flawless diamond.

He swims around the water. Not sure if it's a set path or random but now that you can see through the surface of water slightly (with vertex shaders on I believe, it's the bottom-most graphical setting in the advanced display menu) you can simply get a lev and fly over the water on a drog or horse (or just stop and look down) to find this guy. He's pretty huge and hard to miss.
He can be easily tracked from the zone in for rangers and the beaches for druids.

hey any one know what days this guy is poping i havea small guild and wana plan an easy raid but cant every seem to find this guy
Ok me 53 bst at the time 61 ranger 62 cler 62 war and 63 wiz Were about to take him down ranger pulled and right when he pulled we saw in yellow Server coming down in 10 mins. Im thinkin sh*t we can get him down that fast... i was wrong Got him to 40% and we had to evac cuz it was coming down in 1 min. If the server didnt go down we would have gotten him but o well.

Doued with 70 Druid (Azeas) and 66 Beastlord (Bonhing) on Stromm server. About a 10 min fight. Dropped Cloak, Orb, Flawless Diamond, (2) Kelorek Dar Spine razors, and Sea Dragon Scales. Got on my Beast just to trade someone a Ornate Chain Sleeve Pattern for a Ornate Greeves Mold. I was AFK on my trader and by the time I replied the person was in Tower of Solusek Ro. Wanting to make a great trade in my favor I said i would deliver it on my 66 Beastlord. As I was making this quick 5 min trade I got a tell asking me if I was busy. Cast and buff my pet....zone into CS...win the Ran 1000...WOOT, the rest is history. Not bad for a night work.

Duoed him with 70 bst and 68 dru took like 10 mins, seems to have a decent amount of hps, but easy enough. dropped cloak, orb, scales, sold cloak within 15 mins after kill for 30k, easy money =p

well lately it seems he likes to get stuck in the world somewhere for awhile during his path, i dont know if this is planned, or what, but i have many times tracked him to one spot and not seen him where he should have been
Still has 1k dd, but it never stunned me. Took him down with me (65 war), 65 mage, and 2 65 druids. Kept mage DS on me and never slowed him. He runs at about 4% health. Best to pull him to beach by otters.
Used defensive at beginning of fight, but it wasn't really neccessary.

Just some info on him, he is level 65 of course, he hits for max of about 357 about doubles of course, hits decent speed without slow, not as fast as lodi though, has a 1k dd stun effect though, that he uses every 6 seconds or so, um has rather alot of hps, were killing with 65 shaman, 65 necro and 65 sk and took a good 8 mins about I would say, sk had super ht but was not up at the time, he roams from SG entrance to the beach were the otters are, down at the bottom can not see him from the land or anything, must have a tracker. Slowed he was rather easy just took a bit of dot stacking with all his hps, shaman ended up with about 70m no chars had c3 just virtue on the shaman and sk. well hope that helps people some on how tough he is and anyone looking for him, BTW dont know what his spawn time is was wondering that myself, he droped meat, scale and 2 bio orbs and the sword.

Could a 65 mnk (well equiped) and a 65 dru (decent to good equip) take this guy?
No longer has AE stun, No Longer is on 3 day spawn, Much much easier than the previous Kel but spawn rate is sparatic. Have not been able to pin it down. Duoable easy even w/o slow. Duo'd him with 64 druid and 65 SK w/o Super HT.

Planing on trying to solo this guy with a bard the next time he is up using a system of charming which has worked on many summoning mobs as in lodi and UP random names etc. Does anyone know if any of the mobs in this zone can't be charmed?

65 Warr here with NO offensive AAs and 50% slow. I attempted to 2 box him today w/ my 61 Cleric. It's definately doable, but with no offensive AAs I estimate the fight would have taken roughly 45 mins. He has a mean stun that wacks you for 1000pts of damage everytime it hits you. I got bored and my 65 shammy friend came and tossed a 75% slow and stacked some dots and it was faster =)

Does he summon or cast a lot? If not, I would imagine a druid could solo him, am I wrong?
Is he a dragon and is he over lv 60 which means he will summon being velius age.

Three-boxed him few days ago with 65 sk, 65 enc, 53 cleric. No problems what so ever. Took about 15 mins to kill him :)

I came on today, found him up, expected to have to Solo him, but found a ranger running around with him trying to kite kill him, wasn't working. I offered to duo group with him, because he was engaged first, so we grouped, and pulled him onto shore. 10 minutes later, He lies dead, 2 cloaks droped, 1 for each of us.
Simple fight, slowed him, pet tanked, i nuked/dotted/healed pet, ranger did his bow thing.
Fight was done with a 65 beastlord, and 65 ranger. Very easy fight.
Simple fight, slowed him, pet tanked, i nuked/dotted/healed pet, ranger did his bow thing.
Fight was done with a 65 beastlord, and 65 ranger. Very easy fight.

Not sure but almost every dragon has a 7 day spawn timer so I am thinking so does he

Is he soloable by a 63 shaman, or would I need a partner? unbuffed wis is 244, epiced, but missing a few spells.... (my 59 and 62 DoTs... meaning i'm using plague and bane of nife. =( )

i dont think you could solo him, but get a 65 monk partner or a 65 beastlord and he should go down fairly easy

Easily duoed with 65 druid (me) and 65 beastlord. Have bst slow and tank while druid heals. Ended up with 50% mana by the end of the fight.

I quad-Boxed this mob the other day, 65 necro, 65 mage, 65 druid, 65 enchanter. Definite overkill. Mage pet tanked, necro pet was DPS, no problems whatsoever, slowed with chanty, took approx 5 minutes to kill, if that with DoTs. Ended the fight with 100% mana on all chars. Dropped 3 cloaks of crystalline waters, which was the luckiest run I've ever had.
