-113.97,106.22, -45.7 located on the second or 3rd floor I guess in front of a fireplace with 2 other mobs by him the fireplace is to the left of a stream. You know your on the right floor because you'll see a bunch of different colored clouds painted on the walls with matching colored crystals in the ground under them. This mob and the mind ripper can be found on the same floor for the halfling cultural book quest.

Well during our fight, he would spite me for about 57hp or so, It began to **** me off a bit.
The next round I pulled him up stairs and started to attack a much much lower lvl Gob, I just let him continue to heal the weak little bugger, until I felt he had used up enough mana, Killed the little guy then went after him. He didn't cast smite but one time during the fight, and he can really hit for much. Now i'm a Newbie, this worked well for me one time, but if there is no known mana pool for mobs, then I was just lucky :)

I was hunting in Runnyeye a couple of days ago and let me tell you this guy can mess your group up. He heals all the other mobs and make it extemly dificult to take them down. If you have him around the corner he can make a blue mob deadly. Just a word of advice kill him first.

He does drop this. You see it in his hand before fighting him. Didn't no what quest it was for though.

This guy drops the fractured femur for the monk's treant fist quest now. When i killed him, he was off to the right of where the knight used to spawn.
stats are same as that of cracked femur, except two more damage.
