The first time I saw this mob come around a corner I almost pee'd myself laughing. All of the other dragons were awesome but it looked like SoE designers ran out of time and stuck a reading lamp to this one's head.
Reminded me of a recent Deep Sea explorer's show I saw on Discovery(tm). Big Monster with little light in front of it's face to attract meals to it...
Oh yeah - it's cake taking him down with 4 groups - just takes a while... Bring a lot of DPS with you for him...

We killed him tonight with 45 well equipped 60's and it took several minutes...not hardly 30-45 seconds.

We did him with about 25 people, but I think the raid average was 62 or 63. Fight was long enough to have our Warriors defensive discipline run out and recycle to be used a second time in that fight. Fights in NToV get extrem longer with less people because you have to provide a minimum number of people to keep the raid alive. Taking in the good regeneration all ToV dragons have you can easily figure out that half the people need more than double the time.

the fight for this guy last at leat 7 to 8 mins. it is one of the dragons that has the most HP but a easy one.

This guy really is one of the easier Ntov mobs, we took him out pretty quick only 1 death, dropped a really good bard dagger and a trident =)

deep sea stuff is not all that... the goldfish drops 3 good items: Net of the deep sea (can be worn in multiple slots and is badass in all of em), the eyepatch (which is pretty cool no doubt about that), and the trident of the deep sea (which is one of the best taunt weapons in the game... 14/22 with stats and a slow proc... jezus thats agro.) Jus thought Id post my 2cp.
Oh an btw: look on every forum on every ToV mob in the game, and you will find one similarity: every single one seems to have an argument about the sleeper... STFU

Why are you arguing about the sleeper in a thread about a ToV mob? Anyway....
We killed him, he was a freakin push-over. Thing is huge, though, looks a lot smaller in pictures. He dropped 2, count em: 2 Greaves of the Deep Sea...I was a little dissapointed.
Seriously though, this guy is about as tough as flurry drakes. I'd say two flurry drakes vs. 1 goldfish(koi), and one flurry might die but they'd own him easily...Where am I going with this? Just rambling on, the legs suck in my opinion, save the ac. No resists? No stats? Yeah the EB is nice, especially since most of the time when you replace an item on your for an EB effect you ussually lose a lot of stats...like putting on a fishbone earring. But think about how hard it is to get to and kill this mob, did we come all this way for EB gear? Not saying all his loot is as pointless as greaves, that eyepatch is rather spiffy.

He has a 400 damage DD that also stuns. It procs about evey 6 seconds.

Vulak`Aerr would give him the first 5 minute fight of his life...if he even could make it that far in the temple. Kerafyrm, however, is easily the most powerful mob on the game....him or Jaled`Dar's Shade since they are the only 2 remaining mobs to be killed.

we wondered onto this mob and ganked easy with a few less than 40. No preparation, only buffs remaining after previous uber dragon smashing.

Guild fought this guy today we got wiped once CRed and killed him...

had maybe 100k hp? Only reason we died first time was cause tanks rushed in before i had agro second time was flawless perfect Chain CHeals dropped.Helm of the Deep sea and some Eyepatch.

My guild - FoH - had a raid on this big guy and lost more than half our men, but we took him down, I won roll on one thing, pretty lucky. G-luck all!

Aye all dragon raids take planning, several groups, and paying attention to details and yes all loot is determed by the leader of the raid. What he/she says goes. Theres no playing around when its game time. :)

As far as I can tell, although most of the big NToV dragons are on the KOS-to-all Guardians of veeshan faction, you do ALSO lose Claws of Veeshan faction when you kill them.
