Can Anyone Tell me Where this Guy spawns? Has he Got A place holder? Any Guess as to spawn time? Known Haunts etc. I REALLY want these leggins but no-one in Zone Seems to know anything about him... Thanks in Advance...

He spawns close to the wall outside the backdoor of the Frost Giant fort in Great Divide. Killed him there 3 times last night. 3 shields, no legs..but who cares, seeing as i need neither. nice likkle shield to give te a newb.
