could a 55 solo the corrupter?
Was just going to root the reavers then run out of HT range before they hit me, i could handle one HT but not 3.
then would just kill the corrupter and do turn in then run like hell before root broke.
would this work or would i need help?

They spawn on the ridge in EK next to the two trees at loc n1389, n1099 Hope this helps.

Killing these now does harm Indigo brother hood faction. I don't know if before it was a factionless fight, but I just did this a couple of days ago and did take a hit on indigo brother hood. Kind of silly imo, but heh there ya go.

Our guild has done this four times now, and I'm 98% sure that the spawn point of the two reavers is along the ridge, between two trees (one on each side, diagonally). Sorry I didn't get the loc, but I know this is the spot, due to one of our clerics standing there, and dying under the twin-barreled HT's that happend before I could get off an Ensnare.
And the Corruptor pops closer to the 'point' of the ridge.

when i tried these guys for my first try, i only had a lvl 60 war and me lvl 50 ranger.. i was gonna let him kill the corruptor while i kite the reavers.. they HT for 551 dmg and cast some mean dots. when you try these guys and the corruptor, have atleast 2 bards/druids to kite the reavers and have you and how ever many others you need take the corruptor... way undercon
Reavers are Shadowknights with the Harm Touch (so make sure the person you put a touch west of the corruptor spawn point can handle 1100 in HTs off the bat).

if you wanna save some time have someone kite these guys off root them and then once the corrupter is dead your druid/ranger friend can turn in the book without having to wait for the druids to repop. im only lvl 41 but im completely done with the ranger epic except for teh two planes drops

Killing these guys, will NOT decrease your Neriak Faction. When you spawn the Dark Elf Corruptor for the Druid and Ranger Epic, 2 Reavers will pop, both will create pets and begin to kick butt. The Dark Elf Corruptor is the guy you need to kill.

Perhaps they have changed it in one of the recent patches then.. We had two groups doing the quest: Corruptor and a Reavers group. All three mobs gave Indigo Bro. faction hits. FYI

yes, he is a SK. Both reavers HT'd me for 551 each. They also hit for 127 max on me (51 ranger 850+ ac)

Ummm... seeing as he has a Skeleton huvering around him.. I would asume he is a Shadow Knight... And looking at the name I would get the same idea..

You dont have to kill these guys to help your druid wife. However killing the coruptor will hurt your faction with the indigo brothers wich is dark elf faction. But no more than your marring a wood chic bark baby. You tratiours panzy.

I'm just wondering if a Dark elf can help kill this guy. I want to help my Wood elf druid wife with her epic, but I'm a DE warrior. If I help her kill this guy will it mess up my faction?

Probably. Don't know though. Never tried to kill it though he conned green to a lvl 56 druid.
Wanted to kill him because his name was kinda cool. But i was working on my faction inproving with the dark elves. I deleted my 56 though it just got too boring. Send me a tell i know alot about the game. I'll give you a few tips. I'm on drinel.
