Doing sk quest, saw NO heartstings up at all. started killing scaled wolf stalkers on east side of zone, and boom they started spawning, both large and regular heartsting scorpions. think the stalkers just might be the placeholder/on same spawn table.

We need verification of which level of mobs are the PH. We have some different level ranges reported for the Large Heartsting Scorpions as well, for example on the "Scorpion Chitin" entry, users talk about killing the level 11-13 mobs as PH.

what gets this thing to spawn what is the spawn time or what is his spawn holder i know more than one can spawn but ya and the lvl IS right when i was lvl 16 he coned white to me. =P

Took one of these one at 13 with my necro dunno what level it was though (15,16 or 17)
Darkness held for longer than i expected as did fear.. i think scenting helped those spells hold longer so i would recommend using it when trying any tough fight.
I am twinked, but not much, i do however have all my spells which is something alot of non twinks may not have.

im a lvl 18 shdowknight and every single one of these weaklings con blue to me so i would have to say 15-17 are the real lvls

Id just like to straighted the story im a level 15 beastlord and some of these badboys did con yellow to me at 14 but they con mostly red at 15 so id take a rough estimate of levels 15 to 17 maybe even 18 ask me in a level. At 15(BST) a red was still kinda easy they kinda gave beastlords allot of power lower in the levels. At 15 my warder can double attack for 18damage (at a delay of roughly 26),kick and bash for 10damage, and with my spell Spirit of Lightning, Rather frequently proc a 30dd spell(instant cast BTW)"Your Target is consumed by lightning". Did I mention the 70+hp's heal for 30mana(pet only of coarse).For those of you wondering weather or not to start a beastlord, there FUN:)

The level for these is right, but if you say, first of all a group of 8 and 9 killed them and second that you killed them in the pitt, you are thinking of the wrong mob, my friend. I was in a group of 15 16 and we didn't have a particularly cake time taking them out. They don't even spawn in the pitt anyways, they spawn out behind kurn's tower. you were not killing LARGE heartstings, but rather normal heartstings, which spawn in the pit and are around the level you could actually take them out.

I could be wrong tho ... I was in a group with 3 monks 1 sk and 2 shams we was in the pit and taking them 1 at a time and it was taking forever but that cant be right level a group of level 6-8 taking out a level 16 i think it may be more like 12-14.

I can take these guys solo without much dificulty at level 18. They con high blue to me.

These guys are definately posted as the wrong level, conned red, but killed it with 3 casters, without anyone goning OOM
