These mobs will cast acid jet, wich is a 1500 dmg poison based dot.
As with all TOV scenarios, a full set of multi-resist gear(blue diamond) is the best armor to be wearing.
At lvl 60 with 130'ish poison resist, I have never had this spell land on me in our past 4-5 trips.
Dispell on the pull, as these will attempt to run when almost dead with some sort of sow.
