the purpose of this mob is to...hit him with a spell that does no dmg, but aggroes him.

drag him to a greedy quadding dr00d who pissed you off by running his quad over you when you were medding

then FD and let the druid play with an unsnared level 52 mob along with his quad

mayhaps you shouldnt sit in the middle of the ground where everybody pulls past, then ***** that you were killed by getting aggro while you were medding and not paying attention. its your own fault that you havent worked on cov faction. is morons like these that ruin the game.

Haha. I don't think the guy would be complaining if he really WAS sitting out in the middle of nowhere, but he probably wasn't.

I have quads of seafuries pulled on me all the time by stupid druids, and I sit way on the shore to med. Not up halfway between the hill and the shore where they are supposed to kite. I've seen one head right to me with his kite only to have each one of them hit me at least once. Thats like half my hp right there.

Nay, its not people like him that ruin the game, its rude, arrogant, greedy, KSing druids that ruin the game.

I also agree that kiters ruin the game for everyone. That being said, i leveled two druids from 40s to mid 50s just from quad kiting. But, i was good at it. I never trained anyone, and at low health i got all four mobs to stand still at the same time, every time. Snared mobs stop at low health. If you can't control your mobs or get all four to stop at the same time with an AE nuke, then you should not be quad kiting.

Also, It's not greedy for a druid to quad kite, its normal hunting. Consider that in the time it takes for a druid to kill 4, a necro can easily kill the same number.

Just yesterday an out of control druid trained four mobs directly over my group. The druid had not even fully gained agro before training the mobs, so they all turned on us.

But, kiting bards are the worst of all. A bard trying to kill every hill giant in Raithe mountains all at once is a truely ugly sight to see.

Anyway, just avoid the named mobs in CS like Yvolcarn. Just keep casting memory blur (or zone) until he goes away. The faction hit isn't worth it.

Gotta totally agree with you man. Druids are real irresponsible about quadding. Me being a wizard, I have to show everyone on my server we can quad responsibly. =) Not to say all druids are bad, but they seem to have a lot of people who just can't get the other person's point of view.

Also though, I have to say I often quad on the beach to avoid any adds and/or falling damage. The trick is to watch out for people medding =).
