Dropped 3 spells. CoE, and I don't recall the other 2. Took 3 of us. My cleric, my necro, and my monk friend. Nukes for close to 500 but can easily be resisted (like all cleric nukes). Only took 1 CH for the monk.

Well, he's a cleric and he calls the guards when attacked.
Dont let the fact that he's in a room by himself lull you into a false sense of security
We didnt kill him, we basically attacked abd then the monk feigned.
He also acts supsiciously like a quest NPC
