u have askd the same question over and over and everyone has said no it dosent drop here u fkwit so go to where it does drop which is in veeshan and leave us all the hell alone

He's also very easy to solo, especially for a cleric. Pull him close to other sentinels/watchers/councilors and they will help you fight him. Do it today!
