Anyone know the Ratio for killing otters versus Ulthork for factions. I don't think it 1:1 not counting named ones.

Faction Loss and Gain are both effected by your Charisma level. If your charisma is less than 75 (IE 74 or lower) your faction gain will be excrutiatinly difficult. If your charisma is 75 - 104, your experience will be fairly difficult. If your charisma is 105 or higher, you will start to have an easier time.

Basically the two choke-points for all stats are <75 = penalty 75 - 104 = normal 105+ = bonus

With factions, it also depends on what the level of the creature is, as to how much of a hit and gain you get for each faction. One last thing that is calculated is what the mob is programmed to have for a hit and gain base.

The best example of this are the Klodal fish in Qeynos.

If you kill one of these fish, you lose basically one faction level per, doesnt matter your charisma or there level, because they are programmed with a faction loss so high, that any bonus or penalty from your charisma, is insugnificant.

Similarly your faction gain with the bloodsabers really isnt going to be all that high, since there programmed with a low faction gain for bloodsabers.

Not sure of the ratio, but I know I was kos to the othmir long before I was an ally to the ulthork. I'd guess its 3:1. Three times as much negative faction hits per one good faction hit. That prolly applies to all faction in Velious though, not just the othmir.

Sorry friend, got to be 57 to single pull every time. Druids of course can single pull with harmony, but you'd prolly get resisted a bit more than you like.

from what i heard only the warriors drop the crust armor that would make sense too if you think about it i havent tried these guys yet though i wouldnt want to they are 42 to 46 shamans and im a 54 druid solo too scary for my liking =P stick to the warriors they are so easy to kill 2 winged deaths 2 breath of ro and 4 engulfling roots and the wars die exp seems really good off of these better then quading raptors for that matter
