will she drop the enchanter quest items?
No, it does not work that way. You have to bring her the components and she will give you the item.
I was searching all over for her and finally found her.
When you go into the temple and facing the Grand Historian, go to the room in the right hand side with bookshelves. This is where they sell spells. Brita is at the left hand side corner.

Yes. You need to have appropriate faction to do the quest. You need ALLY if not close to it. Kill either lots of wolves or giants in GD or go inside Kael at the entrance. Kill giants that will say 'Your Coldain Faction got better'. It might take several days of killing giants. Just collect the toes, heads or helms while your at it. Good for faction. Just search on Allakhazam's site for quest info.
If you can hail her with 'I am an enchanter', then 'I want your help', and finally 'what ###' [### is for armplates, helm, greaves, boots et], you will be able to do the quest. Hunt in Kael in the arena or bank/mansion area for the quest armor drops. It's rare, but I have seen them drop off giants in Kael near EW or WL zones. Good luck.

I was able to get her to talk to me beyond the "I have stuff for a chanter" line with a kindly faction & I used benevolence to get that. unfortunately the quest is so far over my head I don't know if you can still get the reward with a kindly faction.

I hail here and she ask's me if i'm a enchanter. i am and i say yes in a Hundred different ways ... she does not respond ... do u have to be a certin faction for her to respond? if anyone else has had this problem plz tell me how u fixed it ... i can hail and lie to the paie and necro quest guy's but i can't talk to the enchanter :(... arg..
