Dropped a souvenir mug of some sort. I believe it's for a quest in Thurgadin (which you obviously can't do if your faction can't possibly get any worse.) He was an extremely easy kill (for a level 50... duh) and didn't even try to heal himself so I don't how accurate the "cleric" description is. Good travels to anyone else hunting in here.
