He had a Dagger of Dropping, along with a Long Sword and a Berserker's Sword, when I killed him at the WL zoneline last night.

dagger of dropping drops off of split paw gnolls in splitpaw and around the paw in south karana, if he had one then most likely he was charmed and given it
