well if doin the 15th anniversary mission "magically delicious" you will need have certain faction to buy from this merchant so be ready

Aye - I can confirm that its the guys who pop instead of the gladiators that drop gladiators chain - stonefist poofs when you kill him, made me sad.
That is Bjorak the Cold or something like that in the areana they are called Gladiators Chain Leggings I believe but not really sure didn't get to see them so not sure on stats either but they are NO DROP

Bjorak Stonefist poofs like a standard merchant. If anyone drops these legs, it's the berzerkers in the arena walkway or the specials who pop in their place sometimes.
