Killed several of these tonight in Kael. One of them dropped a LORE NO DROP 2hb weapon called "A Giant's Broom." It's 15/40 and can only be wielded by Large races. Being an ogre, my group was more than happy to let me loot it and show it off like I was some manner of huge, ugly, ogre maid. I have absolutely no clue what use it could be, but my guess is it's for some quest thus far undiscovered.
