Quiick is correct, you can hand the Mercenary Assignments to Sentry Kcor just past the Zone into Skyshrine for a bit of coin, EXP and Faction. Nice way to raise CoV faction as you receive faction for each mercenary as well. =o)
I think it's for the mercenary assignment quest given out by Sentry Kcor in Sky Shrine, although I haven't done the quest yet.
