After killing Fjloarin Icebane (you all are mispelling his name) in the giant fort in Eastern Wastes, a gnome named Peffin Ambersnow appeared in the hut that he had been in.
She was probably level 50 (yellow to level 49) and said the following when I hailed her.
"Oh, I uh...err, hello there. Umm, thank Brell you're here, those bloody Kromrif were gonit to torture me! yes, yes, and you've saved me! How can I ever repay you?"
Couldn't figure out what to ask her for. Anyone have any idea?

The lady spawns in the right part of the hut. Sometimes she is partly hidden in the wall and therefore difficult to see. She is dubious to me and doesn't answer my hails. Stupid cow :-P

Yup, I haven't been able to work out what to do either. I think it may be something to do with the four Elites (50th+) that spawn in there - or they could just be part of the Ring Quest. I have heard giants shout out across the zone something concerning Peffin, but I was having my ass chewed by an Elder Griff at the time so didn't really pay much attention!

The Kromrif Heads are a random drop off of any of the frost giants. When we killed this fellow, he dropped only a piece of giant meat. Looks like he's on the same loot table as every other giant. Must definitely be part of a quest since he doesn't have any real loot to speak of.
