In Kael Drakkel: Rogue

In Kael Drakkel, the King's Madness: Fjokar Frozenshard (click for map location image) spins random targets around so that their back faces him. Then, fairly often, he checks for players facing away from him; those who have their backs to him are susceptible to "Stab of Chaos". His PH is "a storm giant of nobility" at /loc -1741, 1460, -155, in the room south-east of King Tormax.

Location for your "kaelshard.txt" map file (note for all known Kael named spawn locations, see this quest entry):

  • P -1460.5415, 1741.4370, -158.3899, 127, 0, 0, 1, Fjokar_Frozenshard

In Kael Drakkel (ToV):

  • This mob spawns at -4464, +252, -211 roams the very far south end of the zone near the throne.

This is for Torment of Velious version:

For me, it was further north than the location pictured above.
I was able to get him to spawn at location -3983, -18, -297, specifically in front of the dragon throne east side. Was spawned next to a second giant, from what it looked like these periodically roam back and forth in front of the dragon throne. He also spawned at the west side of the dragon throne at loc -4004, 466, 295, at this particular spawn he did not roam back and forth.

Respawn time of named/placeholders is 8-9 minutes.
