could you be more specific? what " spells specifically for summoned creatures" are you referring to. I couldn't find any. (that made it to the live servers)

I think that wiki note is for https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=5656 which is labeled as a summoned npc. I don't know if the ToV version is summoned or not.

Kinda late but, yes, the Druid spell Unmend the Unnatural lands with great effect on these in TOV.
