Conned one of these at 40th and it was red, so max level is at least 43. This was on 10/21/01, maybe a recent patch upgraded them.

When someone says "max level is AT LEAST 43"... that is open ended... it MEANS that max level is at least 43 but could be 75.... he's not a moron he is just saying that there is at least one spider that he con'd that was level 43 OR HIGHER. Careful when you flame cause you may end up looking like a fool :)
Just ignore em. Obviously they have problems with reading comprehension and should learn to shut up before the make idiots out of themselves.
