camped here for 2 days , so far no spell but weapons or nothing at all , 38 cleric with soothe can solo whole camp near bridge no problems
Just for the imfo,
one dropped Ro's Fiery Sundering for me (it's a level 39 Druid spell btw)
i did however camp them for 2 days & thats the only spell it dropped.

A buddy and I have been killing the small camp at EW for two days, the version that conned even to my 35 cleric dropped the necklace..the lower versions didn't. Don't know if it's a fluke or not.

Camped the small camp near IC zoneline today and killed the full camp 3 times. Mystic never dropped the necklace but like I said we only killed him 3 times so there is always a chance he might in the future.

/agree This one at the smal EW camp drops the Orc Fang Necklace about 1:3 times. I have also had Velium Morningstars drop. I havent seen any armour though.
Rumour control has it though that the Ry'gorr chain drop has been reduced to about a 3-5% chance off common mobs. 15-25% off higher levels like Elites.

Had a druid friend do a harm pull from that little rygorr camp near the iceclad bridge in EW... got a centurion and this guy. While druid was kiting centurion, I meleed him... was pretty easy. Like all shaman NPCs he loves slow spells and will cast them over and over even if you're resisting. I resisted his Tagar's Insects 6 straight times in the course of one short battle. Also cast Envenomed Breath on me, which kinda hurt =/
The annoying part is that at a silver of HP he GATED... didn't think MoBs this low in lvl gate yet... I hit him a few times... but he regained concentration and in a few seconds I had the rest of that camp on me... thank god for SoW I was able to zone back to Iceclad.

This guy is a pushover. A 30 bard, 35 shaman, and a 36 ranger had no trouble with him and his camp. Except once... harmony wore off, and he gated. Which agros him and all his friends. Me and the shammie died, and the ranger zoned with 25 hps. So be careful to kill this guy last....

Seems these drop orc fang necklaces alot. (I think 5 AC, +3 STR, +3 STR, 3 AGI is the stats on the necklace, I could be off, though.) Necklace is rare, so no farming for you!

Actually theyre lore so farming them is a bit pointless :)
These guys have a chance of droping Rygorr Armor.
Really easy kills, for the spawning in the building. I'd say fewer hp's then a cent hit bout as hard as a lego and cast really crappy spells. A group good enough to kill a elite guard should have 0 problems with this thing.
