Uses "Lava Spittle" but there are two lava spittle spells in the database. I think the Direct Damage lava spittle hit my tank, while the damage over time lava spittles hit my dps classes. They spawn "a fire slug" x2 after a certain time. If pulled away from the area (toward ramp) they can summon at 100% health and bring back to the Fenin Ro area. The adds do not despawn if you die.

The nuke hit my tank for 110k damage. The Damage over time ticks were about 80k.
Parser says they have about 14m HP.
