i just killed a stalag terror in CC down by the broken bridge. the first kill gave me a crystal fiber, and when i came back after looking for the tentacle terrors and not finding any i killed the same one and got Jade.

you might want to add that to the list of loot!

I'm currently duoing these with my 27 Warrior and 31 Cleric and it can get pretty rough at times, especially the ones that con red to both of the chars. Never seen anything interesting drop either.

Edit: Doing this while killing geonids. The named geonids seem tougher and a bit more dangerous, since they run for help. Xp off these mobs is pretty good tho, 4% per shot for the warrior for the red con stalags.

Levels on these need to be updates. I conned one red last night as a 35 Monk...which means they at least go up to level 38...

Level 50 with a 49th level earth pet, who quad hit for 56, beats the tar out of these things with zero worry. he loses maybe 5% of his health. they are not even remotely close to being as hard as a SG. SG's still rape on my pets. maybe not my 51 earth, but i dont have him anymore atm to test it :(

These don't hit as hard as a HG, HG's can hit for 90-100+ max. The most I've ever been hit by one of these is 74 and that's rare. They hit for 50-60 most of the time, when they DO manage to hit me. Torgor's Insects rules !

And I'm not lvl 60 either, I get good exp off of them at 39.

What is the point of killing these things? I solo them at 40 like a breeze (hell solo'ed at 35 like a breeze) never cared for them. Just a good waste of time till you get a good group :)

What the hell is with some of you people. It always seems like some moron comes in and sais it was too ez. Of course if your level 60 its gonna be easy you dumb frig. Try mentioning your level, class and what server you play on. There is nothing more annoying then some idiot that sais ez on every friggin npc.

um if u ever fought these before u know they hit just as hard as a damn SG, also they are faster. just less health, if these guys had as much health as a SG then these guys would be much harder

I like the broken bridge room Stalag Terrors. They are soloable by my lvl 37-lvl 40 (now) ranger. The trick is to snare each one so if you start lossing you can quickly outrun it to town. The exp is excellent and sometimes they get stuck so you get a free root. I win about 3 out of four battles with them and the lossing battles I just run to town. Possible dangers are the Queen Room might train you so its best when the Queen room in not camped. These are great exp and give almost full blue each to me. Alway make sure you are only fighting one or have a mezzer - what makes the 4 stalag bridge room great is you can fight each one individually.

Hunted in the CC caverns with a full 30-40 group. Camped the terror room with a group that had 3 tanks and 1 healer and 1 wiz (lowest of group), me the Enchanter at level 35 (charisma 138 buffed). These guys are great EXP but boy!, do they hit hard! They seem to double attack for 50-60 with very little delay. Their bigger cousins the "life leeches" and "hollow crystals", drop random great stuff like the crystalline robe, Frostone stein, and a SK only spear. The Crystal Fibers were dropping like rain the day we were there but after we all had one, the rest was left to rot.

Anyway, these guys are definitely mezzable. If it wasn't for me, we would have been overwhelmed and be kicked out of the room. The room tends to randomly pop 3 to 4 spawns a time and I had a great time mezzing them. They occasionaly resist (ouch) but that was easily handled by the healer. Tanks had to be educated about how enchanters queue mobs. BYTW, the poor wiz died once when he used AOE (a big no-no when you play with chanters mezzing).

ummm 50-60 damage is normal for your level. lvl 35? Foreman Rixat was blue to me at 35 and he slashed me for 92 once and doubled for 87... Now THAT'S hard. Of course then I got stuck in Icewell Keep the day before and Frosticube hit me for 246... but that's off topic :-)

Just because he cons say yellow to you at 37 does not mean he is only 1 lvl above you.
Once you get up to those lvls they can be 2-3 above and con yellow still..

Some can be up to 38....one, just one was ytm at 37..must be rarer,but dropped the normal ivory

The one in the Geonid hallway when you first enter is red to me at 35. It is always red to me.

These were all blue to 35 warrior, and mostly blue if not all (don't remember for sure) to a 30 shaman. So they're probably no higher than 32, pretty sure none were red to the shaman. They do drop crystal fiber sometimes, and gemstones such as topaz pretty often.

No, sorry to say the level is about right. I was there yesterday at lvl 36 and most conned blue to me, however there was 1 that conned yellow. He spawned with the Stalag Carver who was also yellow. A note, they were blue to our enchanter too but he had a very difficult time with mez, they resisted alot.

They started turning Green to me at 40 in the borkel bridge room. So I believe they do to lower than 36

Hey, For all u out there that don't know too much about these guys, They loot good, on average 4-5pp and 25% of the time they have 10pp gems on them, and also some rare drop. And Awesome EXP they are located near the city and can be taken by a full group of 30-35 =)

For me drops were more often a few gold or maybe one or two plats (sometimes just silver) ; gens were uncommon at best, and crystal fibers rare. This is for the terrors near the broken bridge.
