I was hunting for one of these bows for a new ranger I made, and I had one drop from one of these guys.
Just killed this guy today after it was created as a hotzone. He now drops the following augment also:

Slight clarification, since hot zone upgrade, Dingy Grey Stone drops randomly from any mob, have seen it on Phase Spiders and two of the lower Chetari mobs as well

This is to bring back all those memories of killing rats at level 1-3 and getting exp, hey i am a level 60 Oracle, i killed a rat and it gave me exp :)

This mob wasn't too tough one group took it down while other 2 did Seeker Bulva

hehe, i rather enjoy the concept of fighting rats at higher lvls... i mean after all you can only kill gods and dragons so many times before you need to return to the satisfying *squeek* followed up by the heartening *Splat*
