Think your levels are off on the snake though. As a level 54 Cleric he conn'd red to me. Killed him 4 times and didnt come up with anything. Infact we got 3 Bp gems off bats while waiting for him to respawn.

I had a wrapped entropy serpent spine for a little bit. It was a really neat item for dueling. It procced on level 29 and i let my friend's twink borrow it and it procced for him on level 26, so i imagine i starts proccing at level 1. EXCELLENT weapon for duels, 102 second blind if it is not resisted. That's enough time to practically destroy them, and it seemed to proc a lot too. You can also use this as a fear on mobs if you back up while fighting them. ended up tradin it for a fungi tunic, but it is decent dmg/dly, and wonderful stats, the AC is awesome for a weapon.

this also drops Wrapped entropy serpent spine 11/23 magic/lore whip primary secondary and also can be worn in waist slot. 12 ac 5 agi 5 svpoison 5 svmagic effect blinfing poison III has a couple other stats too, i currently weid one on karana server, only one i have ever seen and we have killed prolly 60 or so of them so seems pretty rare, good kluck in attaining your whip guys)
