Dragon constructs are triggered spawns. They'll sometimes appear when a player walks close to dragon bones found throughout the tunnels of the zone.

weak, soloed at 57 with sk. dropped pearl ring, wing shard and spear, just stat tapped it, boil blood and snare. topped it off with EoEnvelopement and some spirit taps(life taps), like i said was ez

Sucker's a belly caster. You'll find out quick when everything's resisted if you're not under its belly.
Can confirm location for one of the regular traps these guys spring from...
Approximately 950, -2000 behind large free-standing building that has the Odd Looking Spider (quest giving gnome in disguise:). This is NOT in one of the piles of dragon bones littering the area and is a fairly add-free area. Respawn is about 20 minutes.
These see invis and have a VERY large aggro radius. At least some can also summon.
Also please add Nephrite to list of drops, as well as Golden Pendant and Opal, so probably any gem/jewellry in the 10-15 plat value range

also drops a dragon rib bone which is NOT part of 1.5, so make sure you dont mistake this for wing bone like I did

These guys have 3 new drops, Dragon Wing Bone, Dragon Tail Bone, and Dragon Claw Bone. Those items are for the bard epic 1.5. The bones are also ground spawns in 3 locations (I've yet to find the Dragon Tail Bone as a ground spawn tho).
ps They are triggered by stepping on a trap. They are not a normal timed spawn. Although the trap does have a reset time, but not sure on the reset time, it's not to long tho, probably not more than 30 min.

Out killing these and spider tonight and i found a "Dragon Tail Bone" and "Dragon Wing Bone"
both magic, lore, no drop and not listed here.
PS.. The lore info is useless... they id respectivly as a dragon wing bone and tail bone =P

This thing is simple to solo. I owned it as a 62 necro. Dropped a flawed topaz for me. uberrr

me lvl 56enc and 65 pally were killing phase spiders for an hour suddenly i see the dragon come straight towards me we zone out, i asked him if he wanted to try it he says yeah, i haste him and pet, we zone in, try to slow but resist, i tash it and then stick slow on it i get up near him and let him me pet then goes on it pally gets taunt, i casted rune 5 and bersker spirit on pally, nuke the dragon 4 times for 615, we killed him easy pet added good dps, he dropped 15pp, an hour later he pops again kill him again, he lasted about 3mins, dropped nothing, hes a wuss, but summons, to wrap it is slowable, not much magic resist, and has about same hp as spider

I was farming a PSC of the phase spiders at ent and accidentaly aggrod this guy, i forgot about melee range spells and couldnt land a slow on him so i had to zone, and while i was medding i read up on here how you have to be in melee range. So i zone back in and the bastard aggros me from way out...anyone else have this problem?

nvm just owned this bitch...i pet up as soon as i zoned in and saw him lumbering toward me, stuck pet on him and slowed him and he became my bitch. After that i dotted him and ended up out regening him lol

This guy resisted ensnare from a 65 druid about 13 times btw, so don't expect to snare him. He doesn't run all that fast, but the summon makes up for it, and you definitely need increased range foci to be able to summon-kite him effectively as a necro.

Constructs are undead and therefore necro slowable, we can lifetap tank them w/o any trouble
I think your problem as a druid was that you didn't know they are considered as old world dragons, and therefore immune to all spells unless you're in melee range
Now you'll know, you HAVE to be in melee range to land something on a Construct, and they're quite high MR too

Yes it summons..
Killing him 2 times, a lvl 55 spawn and a lvl 56 spawn.
My pet with a lvl 49 necro pet dang near soloed him, and I'm using the lvl 55 druid bear pet spell. We took it down to 50.
Would of won too had I not started the fight with 35 mana...
Did not cast either time we fought him. But does have a insane regen on him though. He also has the same problem that you see in a lot of Velious zones.. he will poof back to spawn point and heal. Just like the wyverns in CS.

group list was... something like this

"Theres a dragon that spawns around here somewhere...."
So after about 10 min of waiting for every1 to get back we set out to dance on the skele bones.

umm, yeah Kerafyrm aka. The Sleeper is hardest dragon in game. The guy that said Vulak is hardest is so incredibly wrong.. Vulak is slowable for gods sake.

Out of the 3 times I tried soloing dragon construct, I succeeded twice.
Tricky to pull off at first because I have to malo and slow, and if slow gets resisted Im in for a doozie, but still doable if next slow lands.
Once slow lands, it's cake walk because of pet/canni IV/torpor/jbb/ebolt/epic, the one time I died is because he ran when low on health, and since u can only cast on them in melee range, I couldn't land root, and I had a spider add who conveniently happened to resist my first slow, then boom byebye me.
However, with a but one druid, I've killed this thing countless times.

I raided DN and i accdently set off trap cause spiders tPed me onto one. These things are huge and hit for 200s almost killed me before i got back to where guild was fighting. They dont got much Hp but do lot dmg.

How often can you spawn these? Stepped on the bones and spawned one the other night, but much to my dismay for the next hour of trying, stepping on those bones never spawned another. Ran all over the top side jumping every bone I saw... heh. Never got another to spawn.

hmmmm.....do you perhaps mean 58? I doubt it considering you said BUY a nice set of new armor, and anything decent at that level would be no drop (excepts Tolan's, but a set of that would cost about 150k)

The other night we were mowing through these constructs easily with a shaman, cleric, druid, and a paladin. It tooks us a few minutes to drop him but we were in no danger during that time, so we just kept popping them and having some fun.

I just wanna say that these dragons spawn on traps, some of the traps look like dead dragon bones, with two groups he was not a problem to kill.

This mob is up to lvl 56, it also drops some nice velious gems, got a flawless diamond from it

The Clockwork Dragon is Xanemech in PoI. He is much tougher than these. Hell he's meaner than most dragons in NToV, not all but most.

3 out of 4 spawns were yellow to me at lvl 55. this thing hits kinda hard, but usually doesnt last very long with a single group

Nagafen and Vox are the easiest dragons, not the hardest. Vulak'Aerr is the hardest dragon, and so far, no one has managed to spawn him in his new "ringed" state.
