I was along with 4 groups of 50s and when we pulled this guy about 15 other dwarves came with him and wiped us all out. He was hard enough as it was... If you decide to kill him make sure u can single pull him.

BOTH drop in ToV, one in testing halls, one in the regular part of zone.

No quest armor drops in Icewell Keep, only Royal Frosted Velium armor drops here. Kael and Skyshrine quest armor pieces both drop in ToV, Thurgadin quest armor drops in Kael.
