In East Karana : This enchanter is found in the north part of the zone. He can cast knockback and can proc Stone Spider Stun, a 20 second stun.

In Kernagir : Spawns as part of this task.

In Lower Guk : This wizard is found on the live side of Lower Guk. The bag is the common drop; there is no longer a rare drop. It gates. Respawn time is about 23 minutes.

Despite being dubious with King Xorbb, these still conned as "scowls at you, ready to attack" for me. Beware if you want to maintain that faction.

I was killing evil eyes in Runnyeye while camping Borxx, so here's the info I found.
