I have been soloing them since I got to velious for faction. I was level 35 and never saw anything but blues. But sometimes they can hit pretty hard I had one hit me for 79 dmg but it was still con blue, also one of the only things I can solo, hehe so thats what I have hunted.

My roomate fights with me some times he is lvl 30 monk and most con yellow some red and rarely blue.

I think these are only 30-33 (maybe as low as 29) as I have never seen any that con white or higher to me, a 34 Paladin. Also, they are not fast, as I was unSoW'ed and had one aggroed on me... I was able to run from the Wizard spires in Great Divide to a safe distance from the Coldain guard posts nearby where I proceeded to kill the thing. These can be outrun unSoW'ed so long as you are not encumbered (and without jumping afaik). I was also able to solo the one I fought fairly easily... he was hitting mainly in the 40's, and midway through the fight I rooted it and backed off to heal, but other than that the fight was pretty easy. Didn't drop anything, but the faction hits were -Kromrif, -Kromzek, +ClawsOfVeeshan (or whatever the dragon faction is) and +Coldain.

They con blue to red (mostly blue), to my 30 Cleric.
I've been hunting them for 2 days.
