Fear kited these with my Sk in mid and high 20's. Pretty good EXP, but the downtime, as with all soloing, blows. These will beat you down pretty well if they happen to resist fear. And yes, they do cast on you, and heal themselves. I usually just ended up getting hit with walking sleep, and a few cold based nukes. If you can keep them feared, they are No problem, but they can hurt.

i was trying to kite a yellow con, thing resisted snare 6 times, and resisted most my MR based DDs.

hi i am iinolan a lv 25 wood elf druid in Bristlebane champions and i have soloed some tizmak shamans and they were pretty easy for a yellow con.
