I as well as many people have reasoned that these could be the key to the plane of mischeif. What else would be more mischeivious then having a level 5-7 beast on an island where NOTHING is below level 20. They are here for a reason and that reason is clear. Another reason they could hold the secret to the entrance is the fact that the Plane of Mischeif is going to be sort of an Alice in Wonderland in which the key to Alice's journey is through the rabbit hole...Maybe the key to your journey could be through the snow bunny's hole? Just something to think about next time you kill one of these in one hit.

Guess what folks, the suckers do have a use. The snow bunny can somehow be made into snow bunny hoods, Ac2, cha+5 all/all. I've seen screenshots and they look funny as hell. They probably require tailoring, but I havent found out yet.

Yar meeza killed dem lots. Dey drop gud stuf like snow bunny pelts and snow bunny meat, nuttin else doh. I likes eating dat bunny meat, mmmmm. Sumtimes meeza auction da meat and pelts and dar udder poeple go "No dun kill da bunnies, dey gud!" But me no listen doo dem. Meeza likes dead bunnies, makes better pets den live ones. Dead pets dun run away from Guan.

I have wondered about these things being a ph for griffs or something. Assuming that I've left them alone, but the other day I was in a group and 1 member kept slaughtering all he could find shortly afterwards the ranger informed us that there were about 7 new griffs on track. Dunno if it was just a coincidence or not.

Hey, it is Velous...the lost continent

There I was in the Eastern wastes soloing Mammoths and other blues to my lv 38 druid over near the Dragon bridge. I seen one of these little critters from a distance and it conned me indifferent/green. I like to give low lv critters my junk so some lucky newbie could find tons of stuff on it. Well, I walked up to the lil guy and started unloading my junk to him. I gave him some shells and some pelts etc. Then I gave the lil guy some Mammoth meat and he snapped!!! He said something to the effect that wood elfves like me has earned his contempt! The lil bugger attacked me! his first hit was for like 8 damage then he dub attacked me for 486 and stunned me!! I conned him and he was red and Threating! He hit me again and I went down! I was bound by the bridge and was able to get to my body fast. That lil guy Cleaned house! He was killing everything in sight! And he was Fast!! I think he was faster than SoW. He killed the lv 50's over by the Orc camp and cleansed the bridge! Dude, Carnage was everywhere!! I managed to get a cammo off and make my way to the zone. People started forming parties and teaming up to kill this lil juggernaught! He was a bunny from hell! I zoned as soon as I could. I never found out what happend after that. Soon after that, I logged and cried.

while I was exploring Velious with my lvl 1 Bard I conned a few of them.. so the min lvl is 2 not 3

Seems like another VI joke. Seem to be many in this SoV expansion.
Also - im assumeing snow bunnies are not PHs for bunnies so kill them and get something else to spawn - like killing Goblin scouts back home up north.
Or - maybe a PH for bigging stuff like the Bixies in the Common Lands...

Do these drop rabbit meat? I'd like another source since I can't forage...

I'm sure we can all agree that they need to make a level 60 snow bunny. That would be hilarious beyond all words.

Just for kicks I charmed one of these the other night and sent it off to attack a frost giant. The amazing thing was it actually did it. Heh I've had griffawns that wouldn't even attack cyclopes so I don't know if my charm spell got better or if these are just suicidal bunnies.

Of course he got stomped too quickly for me to see it, just went from /pet kill and seeing my bunny run off to a giant running towards me

As a lvl 9 necro this is probably the only thing on Velious I could kill )
