was helpin a 22 cleric out by slicin and dicin toads at the entrance to frogtown and found one of his corpses..i send him a tell and he says i can add another one to that. I find his new corpse and let him know. He say 'yup and watch out for what killed him. As soon as his tell hit my screen I get hit 5 times for 225 a pop!..lol.
Made real quik work of my 32 war.
Definitely One to watch out for.heh heh.

This is froggy is totally resisted to magic. He has 32k hp and double attacks for 225. We had one 6 man group, one 5 man group and one 4 man group. Now we had 3 tanks, a lvl 56,55, and 54. Plus a pally but i not sure what lvl he was. One mage , 2 necros, 1 cleric, 3 druids, i shammy, 2 chanters. This guy was a cake walk

bad *** iksar arent ya? gonna go bust some nice froggies in the city? oh ya you take out frogs like crazy, they are easy? i thought so too, 3 of us fighting outside the city, we were sitting for some downtime, our shaman was medding and then he just died, this guy nailed him 5 times for 200+, i was looking right at the shaman so i stood up as soon as he died, by the time i was in the full standing position our monk was dead too. all i can say is thank god for sow!!! he didnt bother to summon me, didnt chase me, he left the corpses imediately cause he was nowhere to be seen when we came back for them, i was a wee one back then, the day will come soon when i will have the power to take down this guy. many other zones in kunark house a single massive level mob. a cool way to remind people that they may not be as tough as they think, your not the first to be killed by him and not the last =)

Why do Monsters have to have known spawn locations... why can't monsters Roam? People need to quit complaining saying that Verant doesn't know what their doing just because Creatures like this Roam. That makes the game realistic!

We did it a few nights ago... This frog has tons of hp, max hit for 225, and summons. He also have the ability to heal himself (not CH), but I'm not sure of his type.
Also note, he is not KOS to good races, and not KOS to wolf form.
after a failed attempt we figured out the following strategy, and it worked like a charm:
First, we gather atleast 20 people with lvl 50+. Make sure you have enough high level tanks and damage dealers (remember, he has tons of hp...).
Now, we had a monk pull him deep into the cave zone to Trakanon's Teeth, to the large ground area where some Iksar bandits spawn. The monk FD then, and /q to remove aggro. The frog just stood there, and since he was not KOS we were able to surround him with the tanks, and when the buffing and meditating was finished, we charged him, first someone with defensive discipline, then all the tanks, then Tashan, then the nukers. Although he managed to heal himself, he dropped down pretty fast, and we had only one casualty.
Final note, whatever you do, don't let him go into water. The casters can't hit him, and most tanks are poor at in-water combat.

Yeah real nice surprise spend 12 hours camping the froglok repairer to get planks for my vambraces, still don't have them and on the way to town run into this SOB. Nice placement Verant.

Just to let you know.. i was looking for ton warriors.... this dude jumped me and cleric... don't run... you'll only have trouble getting your body.... hits hard, fast, pets can't taunt him... bring a pretty big group... and tell him Pretender owes him one.

I poped by to check what was listed here about him, Ive read on other places about him!
I wanted to kill him since he has got some parts to the Dru Epic quest (And possible Ranger Epic).

The info Ive heard about him is that he dubble hit for 250dmg, and has 32k hp, and is a warrior type that has quite high resist against several spells...

And according to the information Ive read, you need 2 good group of 50+ to finish him.

All this information is just second hand information, but Ill take a look att him soon! ;)

/Flix 51 Dru - CT

I had a run in today with this frog. I was with a halfling cleric who conned warmly to him. So he hailed him. He responded with some talk of pain and stuff, then goes back to scratching his muck covered body. I am sure he holds some sort of quest.

Shortly there after I was fighting nearby with a local frogluk shaman, and that pesty little Ulump came up and double hit me for 240 something hehe.. Instant Lizard pudding. The funny thing is he still did not attack the little halfling cleric, that is until the cleric sat down to med.. at that point Ulump turned him inside out.

To top it off he corpse camped us. I had to sneak in and drag our corpses out. No biggie, I guess. He seemed to hang out on the north ridge or island around the frog city. Walking back and forth.

Very interesting.
