I find the hand room very easy, you can root rot the hands, but the best thing to do since the spawn time is so long is to kill them far a part from each other, that way you only get one hand at a time one re-pop cycles, one hand is very easy to manage. Remember it's an outdoor zone, so harmoney works when pulling room first time to hall, if you can't fight 4 hands at once charging the room.

kill him last night, dropped nada, he only spawned once and we were there for a good 4 hours, only good loot the whole night ws ES bracer, but good night for exp, got me nearly halfway through 49.

My group kill this ugly guy last night the Elder Spiritists gauntlets droped....2 hours later he poped again and drop them again...

Very rare and I believe he always drops the ES gauntlets. Fairly tough.

Killed him today, no gauntlets dropped though. so they dont drop every time

The Hand room in Karnor's Castle is a great place to camp out. If you have a cleric and an enchanter in the party, this room is perfect for exp and loot. You won't need to worry with dieing and a good puller can bring in spawns from the jail and even the Drovlog Warlord room. I have not seen Hangnail before while camping this room--but I imagine he/she spawns there =)

This room isn't tough at all.... we were doing it without a cleric or enchanter, just me, 2 warriors and a ranger.... Our cleric / chanter went LD at the SAME time and took a while to come back =P

This room is not that tough, you're right. However, add the jail and the Warlord for a group 48-53 and it can get hairy...
XP is not as good as LCY or RCY, but the loot more than makes up for it. I would not bother doing just this room...gotta add the Warlord to spice it up and make fun :)

he pops in hand room with 3 other hands hand room is very nasty but crazy exp and loot u need a enc cleric and 4 others at least 1 good tank and a good puller helps a lot
