Wenden handles the blades and hilts portions of the warrior particle weapon quest. He can repair the damaged sword hilts found in Lake Rathetear and Timerous Deep if you hand him each hilt along with the necessary components he requires. Talk to him for more info on what is needed to repair each hilt.

Also found at location mentioned by jadoangel in previous post. Was doing MQ for a guildie and was right there in E Freeport -1305 -358.

Is Wenden in a new location now that Freeport has been revamped? or is he is in roughly the same location? Info for Kargek has been updated, but not for this bozo.

Found him at the west freeport zone near the split to the docks and the nro hall. with the big circle.

Wenden Blackhammer can be found in East Freeport at Loc 0.0, -462.22 which is in the middle of thte zone just north of Harg (Weapons)
I found him, and he wasn't in any of the previously mentioned spots. This time he was to the southeast of the weapons dealers building (Tohsan) in an area where the tent vendors are. Bottom line, bring a tracker or be prepared to look around a while.
he doesnt move.. someone had to have pulled him there lol.. i went afk standing near him and came back about an hour later to see him still there

I was looking for him and his pal Redblade for 3 days.... I finally found them when I was heading to the dock area of East Freeport.... Wenden is inside the house the leads to the dock right near the door.... As for Redblade, He was standing right out side of there....
I should really give him a good kick for disappearing and not leaving a note....

He is NOT in the city .. he is in the area outside of the city .. if u look at map the se gate to leave the city he is right outside of there
Do a Find on Tohsan Hallard go back out of the store and turn right he is in that area

Ok just turned in the junk to Wenden Blackhammer today. I am 52 ogah warrior agnostic. did not bother to hail Wenden, just gave him the hilt from Lake Rathe, Diamond, Jacinth and Black Sapphire.
He gladly took the stuff and gave me the jeweled hilt.
I did work on faction for the guards so i did not have to sneak or fight in or out, but other then that, no other faction work was done on my part.

is this guy on a neutral faction? or will an iksar have a hard time getting the items in to him?

I have not tried to talk to him, but from reading all these posts, there are over 5 of them hear asking what to say and not one answer. Do you even have to go through all that, or can you just turn it in? If you MUST hail and go through the /says then can someone actually tell me what to say?

What do I say to Wenden Blackhammer to start the Warriors Epic Quest? I understand that you must first speak to Kargek Redblade and then to Wenden Blackhammer to start the quest but Kargek just tells me if it's about a weapon to speak to Wenden Blackhammer and when I try to speak to Wenden Blackhammer he just tells "What do you need? Be specific, I am busy right now ! Anyone know what I say to trigger the quest? Plz help. I've looked up all the sites I can think of and can't find anything on what to say to this guy. I am a lvl 52 Dwarf Warrior and both Kargek Redblade and Wenden Blackhammer con indiffernt to me but all the guards in the zone are amiably. I want to start my Epic ASAP ! Lol yall with questions about what do i say to him? Look it up for what you have to do. all you have to do is look up Everquest warrior epic and it will tell you anything you need to know.

im a lvl 39 dark elf and lets face it not really welcomed in EF so am i able to get into EF to give my itemd to this guy without geting killed or do i need to find someone to cast invis on me to get to him would really like to know so i dont have to waist the trouble of trying to find a cleric to rezz me

I was guiding a kitty warrior friend around efp as he had never been to FP before. We found Wenden on the roof of a building at loc n150, n465. We had to lev, run up 2 roofs to get up there. We ran across to his roof and he did his quest thing. We tried walking off the roof and couldn't. Took off lev and still no results. Luckily druid was with us to solve the problem with a port out. So make sure you have a friend handy if you have the same problem folks.

Many of you keep asking the same question over and over again. So, in an effort to get all of your questions answered, im going to answer all of them for you. 1. your level doesnt matter, 2. He doesn't say much so dont try and get much out of him, 3. if he's not there he's been killed, dont worry he spawns about 4-8 hours after he's been killed, 4. Anyone can talk to him, it's the guards you want to worry about.

Wenden will also nuke you for 701pts of damage if you happen to be a necromancer killing Sir Edwin Motte near him. This dwarf cons amiable to me normally.

For all the people wanting to know what faction he is on..He is Neutral and so is Kargek. However if there is a guard nearby just don't take your invis off and walk up to them make sure you are out of agro range from the guard..IF they are not in there normal locations it is wise to bring a druid or a ranger so they can track them. I have never seen them despawn. Also you DO NOT need to be lvl 50 to talk to him. I am lvl 47 Orge warrior and he had no problem talking to me. The next issue is since he just says very minimum Just hand him the stuff and he gives you back the jeweled head hilt and the finely crafted head hilt. So far i have the jewled head hilt, The first blade, and up to the totem of fiery war (scabarb part). If you have any questions concerning how an evil race can do this just post here i'll get back to it or send me a tell in the game.

If Kargek and Wenden are on the same faction, why does Wenden con kindly and Kargek con indiff?

what faction is he on? i am lvl 45 and am looking into my epic and if i need to fix any faction i want to start now.
Epic turn in mobs are 90% of the time gonna be indiff. They are usually on a seperate faction which will not change unless you kill epic turn in mobs..

u can be lvl 1 to start this quest! u just gota wait for 46+ to get plane items..an scales..the rest like gems u can buy, the hilts just have a druid w/ u when u go get them.
