He /considers red to level 42. Took around 10 people in mid high 40's to take him down. He is a high level druid.

When you enter Lesser, hunt down the 3 wandering scouts and kill then. Thereafter, camp at approx p10,p10 where each of the 3 PH's will spawn about very 15 minutes. The PH's, tainted, and corrupted do not drop brownie parts. The other brownies in zone do drop the parts.

Yes the scouts do drop the parts. I was there last night and 1 dropped, its not common, I think my buddy and I killed 21 of 'em.
