well he does exist, but only if you spawn him by doing the investigators badge 4.... at a normal time in the aquaducts he doesn't exist like he used to.

hehe...at lvl 43 as a paladin i like takin' em down =P instrument of nife (247dd) plus expulse undead (94dmg) plus ward undead (weak but nice 47 dmg)= ownage. just wait til you paladins get your AA =P slay undead is like a 3k crit to undead

i was jumped by one of them at lvl 4 (checkin everythng out) it didn't HT me but its pet hit me like a WEAK enemy (2-15) then he comes and casts a spell boom i take 412damage then i go to get my corpse and he attacks me again then a spectre attacks me finnally i got help (from a lvl 18) who decided to let it kill him while i looted corpse n ran

I was down there the other day and decided to wander around I am a lvl 38 pally, I had no trouble taking out the first sucker that spawned then another took me from behind, I turned quick and blasted with half mana at him stunning him to cancel cast and other fun spells, I took him out finaly with one bubble of mana left, I could have swore that they was no one and that they came from under me 2 jumped me, I managed to root and run out of spell range, the made quick work of a 30 sk, as saw him near entrance out. these guys can be hard, just have to figure them out. They do give nice exp ta pluss.

I like to kill these! I can hit it with some clerical DD spells! (I'm level 43) Then i can use my summon line of spells to kill that friggin pet! These are fun to kill, but i have been waxed by these too =P

YOu go walking down the sand in West Commons, Dragoon Zylt gets nervous and HT a poor orc pawn there ... funny :) . I laught at him of course, he got angry ( i understand ), he HT me again :P . Oh man , you tricker ! I will teach you how Tunare Soldiers deal a Indigo . No biggie.
You enter Najena to try to get a FBB or one of those books for a friend of yours, Drezlna should be the dungeon master , not poor Najena . Drezlna a pretty and nice DE Sk could HT 3 times ( checked for me ) . hehe, so HT its not once a day for all mobs, take care when dealing SK.
These are 2 examples i could think about now, but for sure more NPC SK can HT you easily more than once.

These things (plus the Spectres and the Necromancers) have made hunting in the Qeynos Aqueducts distinctly unsafe unless you're an evil-aligned individual.
Stay well away from the illusory walls, and most of the time you'll be all right, but be very careful because sometimes they stray.

I just wanted to Clarify the HT thing: SOme MoBs can most assuredly HT multiple times. I can give you one such example my self.
Be cautious if you ever go camping the Jester in the Sunken Sythrax Temple in the field of Bone. That Ogre ther, Gharg Oberbord, HT'd me 3 times in a fight, and the first one he did while standing 200 meters from me.
Verant has made some MoBs a bit more difficult to contend with bladehappy adventurers looking for easy treasure.

Has anyone seen a group of these together or are they single spawns?
I swear I was attacked by at least 4, unless I was seeing quadruple due to all the hits to the head it gave me before I died :)

I believe he also has a pet and that is why he kills very fast

why? well, being a stupid lvl 10 monk, I ventured a little too far and BAM! It cast one spell on me and I was dead. I tried to get my corpse about 4 times more, dying each time. I did get my corpse back about 4 days later with the help of a dark elf enchanter. Stay away from these things if you see 'em.

True, One hit, then I die...I don't even see who hit me the first time.
I try 3 time to get my corpse back..
I make a hot button using the "/corpse" command, finally I was able to get my coprse. Damn, I promise I am going to kill him 15 time after my lv is higher.

I ran into one of these at lvl 12 with 3 1/2 bubs of exp. By the time I was able to get my first corpse back I was down to 1 bub of exp. Between this guy and his necro buddy, I must have died 6-7 times.

I was at that time a lvl 37 Pal, I was wandering around looking for something to kill and found this guy, Harm touch and about 6 attacks later I saw Please wait while returning to home point or what ever it says :(. Well I talked to a guildy "50lvl Druid" and we went down there to get my corpse, well guess what, I died again and my guildy had to tp. So we started over again with another friend of mine "51lvl Druid" we went back down fully buffed again. Ran into the rotting Sentry, I had to use Lh on the 51lvl Druid. The 50lvl druid finally got him Snared while I was looting my corpse, once I was done, I had to heal the 50 lvl Druid a couple of time and finnaly jumped in to help finish off ONE Rotting Sentry. They are Tough Muthers! So unless you are in a group of say 40+ Stay away, that thing will Walk the Dog on you if you are not a finaly tuned group :(

LOL just a question what race are u. at 37 i had 1500+ hp self buffed. this thing only ht for like 400 that leaves 1100 more hps plus lh and u can root/nuke it. how did u die? i killed this thing with out even loosing 2 bubles at 48 not as hard as i thought i would be it did drop the sword which i let rot.\

Im a lvl 51 druid and i ran into him accidentally.....He Harm Touched my down to 2 bubs of life and was hitting for double 84....Im sorry but NO mob at lvl 34 hits for that much.

I was hunting a little mushroom (conned blue), and the thing ran at me and started Quad hitting in the 60-90's, "kicking" me for 20+ (I guess he kicked me with the same feet he used for running - he's a plant btw), bashes me (with his invisible plant shield I guess), AND casts necro spells.
So I think maybe it is a SK mushroom, but SK's don't get to kick.
I had to zone. He probably drops a monk piercer for ogres.
Oh, and there's an area with little mosquito-type bugs that quad hit and hardly ever miss. The bugs are low 20's and they don't care that you are level 41 and have ac 900+. They still agro and hit you four to six times per round. Maybe they are monk mosquitoes wearing their 40% haste stingers.

Hehe yup! HG's are actually lvl 33-37. and they CAN hit ya in the 90s... so can specs, Griffs, Frost Giants, etc :/ Start packin' some AC gear

er, have you ever been to the overthere? spiked succulents are about level 34, and i've had them dual hit me for 96 a piece.

I was checking out the new spawns down here and oen of these attacked me. I pulled it a safe distance away from the SK/Necro guild and killed it. It dropped an ivory blade. Stats were 17dmg 40delay, effect heat blood, 2hs, no drop, Shadow Knight only.It looked like a scimitar. I think I'll check out more of this place. :)

One other thing to note about these is that they can cast some pretty mean stuff. I was wandering down there on my way to campu Cubert to get the int earrings for a young necro friend of mine. I stumbled across one of these as it spawned right in front of me. At my level it hit me up to 70. Then it cast and I "writhed in the grip of aggony". Needless to say, I got to watch my life simply fall and fall. Just wanted to let you all know, they do cast, and when they do it can hurt. Be safe.

my that spell discription, these are necros without pets. When I was down here, I saw this, the spectre, and the necromancer, but neither of them were kos. They may have changed it...

It is Harm Touch, plus they drop SK weapons. Any one who can roam freely in the Evil guild is still safe with these guys. They con amiably to my Nec, just like the sepsis rats and the new specs guarding the entrance to the guild are (where the skeletons used to be).

Our group (30 Shaman, 31 Enchanter, 32 Wizard and 34 Druid) Almost had one sentry dead when a second one attacked. All dead fast. Sentries /con'd red to the 34th Druid. Fairly wide aggro range as well. The 30 Shaman had some heavy resists, so i wouold place the Sentry at 38 to 40 in levels.

They go down as low as 32nd -we had a 32nd ranger along for the initial exploration. Also, none we saw were blue to a 49th shaman - which is why we said 32-36th -- but they could very well have a wider level range. The also can be buffed up if they spawned back in the guildmaster area - which might throw estimates off a bit.
