"The Flesh of Osoros" spawns in the Morbid Laboratory. It does not spawn in the Silent Gallery. This is not a loot dropping named, but an expedition kill target.
And for whatever it's worth, it comes with a standard Level 47 pet, "The Flesh of Osoros pet".
