Read about "Note" part of Quest, but what Quest is the Rapier for? Is it even worth the time?

He told you, the Guard of Ik. This is the FV equivalent of the Overthere warbraid quest, and the reward is just as useless...

Was strolling through FV the other day, this gal attacked me. She was blue, and I killed her without much difficulty, had two bubbles of mana left at the end. Dropped a ringmail mantle, a fine steel rapier, and a 'scriblled' note. The note is unreadable, and is lore/no drop. Dont know what quest its for, any info would be appreciated.

The note is for the Guard of Ik quest. you need the note and 2 trooper shields dropped off the captain of the guard in city of mist

return all 3 items to Gearin Gaxx in FV
