Miragul only spawns when you give book of scales to lich in underwater cave.
Petition this spawn today 9/26 . GM looked into it and said it is bugged. Told me to /bug it

Ok, I have been trying to find these spawns for several weeks now with my druid and my guildies as they can and for almost 2 weeks solid i havent seen miragul or kirak. Anyone else having this problem. The pally epic mobs seem to not be spawning.

I bugreported this mob twice and petitioned also. Seems quite a few epic mobs are messed up since all the war stuff is going on. Be nice to at least get a response that they are at least working on it, not just get a answer of make sure are doing the quest in the right order like a GM told me.
If I remember correctly, he's on a 7 day timer. Miragul on the other hand will despawn after a short time.
believe me.. I know... basically I;m by-passing Epic 1.0 and doing 1.5 pre-quests, seems alot easier

Just solo'ed this guy, 67 mage. Used 66 air pet, no problems. The pet damage was just enough to keep this guy's HPs at the same level, offset his regen perfectly. I think this guy only has around 20k HP too, just regens probably like 100hp/sec. I nuked him for 2k and his HP went down about 10%. He ran at around 20%, critted for 4500, toast. Guarded corpse and gave shield to a pally friend :)

I was in nektulos forest messing around being bored when I run across this guy and decided to have a little fun.
I found him in the area halfway between the knowledge book and neriak. I am a 69 monk time geared and was able to take him out with not too much trouble. Either he has HP or he has good regen because it took a bit longer than I expected.
He dropped the shield and I saw there was 30 minutes on the corpse so I knew it had to be something. I looked it up and saw it was for the palli epic so I start asking the guild and all the pallies I knew if they had it. Finally found one of my friends did not have it. He was a happy palli and I was glad to see it did not rot.

FYI,
killed Kirak Vil this morning at around 1:15 am PDT on Solusek Ro. Easy kill, he is a warrior Type that can summon. Max hit of him is 180. High regen rate. Group was me (lvl 65 Paladin), Shamaness (Lvl 65) and Cleric (lvl 65). No Problems. Can spawn next earliest next week Tuesday again. Hope this info helps that you don't need to camp him so long like me (3 RL Days)

I'm also having this trouble with no spawn, been tracking for 17 days straight. I also have several friends and guildmates checking and nothing.

i killed him to day at noon on the Tribunal. I had a group of me( 58 Pally), a 55 pally, and 61 druid, a 61 sk, a shammy, and a ranger. I am glad i had all that dps, he does regen a little faster then most and has a ton of hp, i would say about 10-15k hp.

I have been checking on this guy along with my guildmates daily for over ten days now. We cannot seem to catch him up. I had seen him before the last patch but not since. Anyone else having this trouble? I've noticed the same thing with Miragul as well.
It seems that since beefing the newb guards, he was also beefed. As a 65 pally I got him to 98% total before he just regen'd it all....again...SOE likes to ***** pallies and thier epics :)

wandering just south of the Neriak entrance, seems to take short north south patrol pattern. I soloed with my 65 necro.
As stated in other posts, he has high hp regen.
I took him down by snaring with embracing, then SK/BoT/Horror/FP, sent pet in about halfway through dotting, then used Mujaki to lifetap nuke. Took 3 or 4 rounds of dots, pet, and lifetap nukes to start him on his deathwalk, nuked him down from there.
I read he has high MR, I did not find him to be too resistant as only one cast of horror was resisted. He cannot be feared and he does summon.
As stated in other posts, he has high hp regen.

Soloed him this night, i am a pal 65 with some aa stuff time/ep (used spear of fire on this fight)
this was a bit long, about 10min the harder part was when it was running, got it to 10% and then landed a finishing blow, was not so hard. p

So someone asks in the flagraid channel for some help kililng a guard NPC for their Paladin epic. Not being busy at the time, I and a few others agreed to go along. Lore of his health regeneration was passed on to us, but I did not think it would be enough to make up for the 300+ dmg I can do with my chant DOTs. Well two landed on him, and his health hardly moved a percent, so I ran him back to the POK book where the group was meeting, and we took a few minutes to whittle him down. The melee-ers negated the regeneration while the casters did the real damage, but if you have a full group of 55+ characters you should have no problem.
Indeed he does pop on server reset. Got him today. Needed him for Words of Misery (NOONE sells em 8( ).
Tried him solo (62 nec). Got him snared, dotted with 4 dots, and health never went below 92% before I had to FD due to low mana.
Went and got a 65 rogue, we got him to 58%.
Got a 53 cleric, game over.
That regen is insane, more than Cazel methinks....
Didn't drop words 8(. Oh well, guess Ill wait another week to get Funeral Pyre cus no way in hell Im paying 45k for it.

WTF dude, I've camped this guy for about 3-4 days now, WTF is he? He is the last thing i need to do for my final turn in. Anyone know if he's bugged?
Me and my guildies just killed Kirak Vil ,, we had 5 ppl to take him down... its was fun...

Is his spawn time 7-10 days? Is he up after server down, patch etc? Thanks =)
Not too long ago, my guild and I brought Kirak's life to an abrupt end. Here's what I was able to pull from my combat logs.
Kirak is a warrior, it appears. He never cast at all. His max hit was 180, his minimum hit was 62, and his average hit was 116 or so. He has an insanely high regen rate.
He took 22K damage from melee and DD spells, but that doesn't include some extensive dot damage from several druids, rangers, and a shaman. I'd guesstimate his total hp at 32K.

Dead again on Emarr to the following:

Piece of cake, really. Pally got aggro quick and solid with a couple stuns. Shaman sent in pet and followed with his spellbook: Cripple, Malos, Cloud of Grummus, Blood of Saryrn, Breath of Ultor, and Bane. Cleric went ahead and cast Mark of Retribution and Mark of Karn to help out. Both the Shaman and the Cleric sent in their pets (True Spirit for Shammy and Unswerving Hammer of Faith for Cleric).
Could have gone down faster if Shaman swarm pet AA was available, but as it was, it was a piece of cake, and could easily be done nowadays with a Paladin/Shaman combo with no problems.

I took him out today with the help of a 65 Warrior , 58 Rogue, 65 Cleric and a 65 Shaman. He conned dark blue to me at 59.
He never hit me harder than 144 and the shaman had no difficulty landing a slow on the first try.
He does have remarkable regen as even with all this damage output, it still took us almost two minutes to kill him. He's not that tough however, as even the cleric started nuking him.
I found him with my Druid first, wandering around the Newbie Log. After camping the Druid and logging in my Pally, getting my group together and buffing up, he was still wandering the area between the Newbie Log and the entrance to Neriak so I think it's a safe bet to camp that area when you're looking for him.
One more step closer to my epic... :)

Took him down today with the help of a 65 Ranger (thanks Grimscythe!)...one thing I noticed was that he had a regen rate that was a pain to outdamage. It didn't look like he was casting heal, but I noticed around 60-70% on his health he was regening FAST. At least fast enough to almost equal our DPS...almost. That seemed to last until low 30%'s and then he went down fast...tried to run. Conned DB to me. He hits very fast for a DE and reasonably hard. Hope this helps!

do u know where i can fined him at?
Our friend here runs a simple North-South patrol...just south of the Neriak entrance and east of the road. Unless some poor slob runs into him, then you might just find him at the pok book.

Did this guy a few weeks ago with a 58 pally(me), 61 cleric, 62 mage and a 52 wizzy. I wasn't even buffed when we got started because when the mage zone in, Kirak aggro'd him from out of nowhere. Took aggro quick and Nelile(the cleric) buffed me on the fly, while Belzach (mage) sent air pet in to stop regen while both mage and Iadarie(wizzy) nuked Kirak down further. I think the cleric CH'd me once only in the beginning being unbuff'd and all. Other than that a quick kill, took no more than 2 min, just need the massive dps to slow regen down and nukes/melee Kirak's health down to zero. There were no spells casted by him, just like if he is a warrior mob (if he is indeed one), and Kirak of course dropped the tainted darksteel sheild. Thanks to Belzach for helping me on short notic, Nelile the cleric for always healing me and rezzing me everytime :) , and Iadarie the wizzy for always being there to help like always.
