As 72SK pulling her solo was very easy... open door, snare, moved back, fd wait for agro and she was alone prolly could of easily killed her and the mobs that came with her tho...
I used to be able to low level pet pull mobs and Snare run away FD pull mobs and agro would leave once the other mobs returned to they're spawn point. This is no longer the case. I cannot pull Drusella now as a level 70 necromancer. I used to do it a while ago when I was 65 before they changed the aggro system around. I would cast snare and move back and then FD. Drusella often would path the wrong way to the side or not even far enough. When she did move far enough I waited till all the other adds returned to they're spawns and waited a little longer. Then I stood up. BAM. Agro from all the mobs. I died 4 or 5 times trying to make this pull all night long. Guys I have played a necro a long time and I HAVE done this pull before as a 65 necro and killed her easily... Something is DIFFERENT!!! Watch out... I reccomend level 75 or 80 and really good gear. (My gear is fairly crappy)
How easy would it be for a 65 SK to solo her? I have an amiably Venril Sathir faction (because I did the braid turn ins for the OT Mallet quest), and my concern is whether or not the surrounding mobs will get p.o.'ed and agro when I decide to start chopping away at her.
65 SK should have no problem taking her down. Your problem will come in single pulling her. She has a 56 golem to her side, along with 3 more lower lvl golems that will come. I killed her this weekend with a friend. We pacified the lot and took her out. He got his mirror, and I completed the hand of glory master key quest (FINALLY).
You might be able to FD pull her, but those golems are nasty. There is plenty of room in the hallway to pull out and FD. Also keep in mind that at any point there are 3 wandering undead mobs that walk in and out of the room and down the hallway that I speak of.
Any other questions, feel free to PM me.

DS casts and will lead off with that right away so your efforts at FD pulling will definitely vary. We paci'd the room and pulled DS but got one golem and 3 skellies as well. So unless you get a break on your pull, I doubt you would be able to solo her.
Just cast Darkness on her and run back a bit...wait for her to come to you a little then FD...yes the Golems will beat on ya a bit but should be no big deal (wasnt for me)...Once the rest of em reset Drusella will still be standing there...jump up and lay the smack down on her...I never got below 96% health.

I had previously gone in to do some exploring. While there, picked up the four parts needed for the Hand of Glory which is the master key that opens all the doors in Charasis. EQAtlas has a map and her spawn point is at approx (+250, -450). After zoning in and killing the two wandering mobs at zone in, we killed the two golems at the entrance to the south wing, then the two at the entrance to the east wing. Went to the south wing entrance, lev'd up, got on top of the firepots and ran over to the east wing entrance. There are wanderers that go up and down the hall in both directions from her room. We camped out just east of her room during two sucessive nights of patching. She seems to be up after server resets/pops. Took two kills to get my urn. One on of the two kills she dropped this mirror that everyone seems to be talking about, but seeing that it was only for a ShadowKnight quest (none was persent) and not knowing it could be MQ'd, the mirror rotted (sorry all you SKs out there.
I tried to get to the East door several times without success. I believed this was nerfed with the DX9 patch. I used Dead Man Floating and was sowed before coming into the zone. With a weight of only 38 lbs out of 90 encumberance, I could not make it all the way from the top of the pot on the south landing to the east landing. Without SoW, it seems like I was running slower than usual. I have Innate Run Speed III. Even with SoW, the effect was as if there was a down draft of wind near the east ledge: the closer I got, the faster I dropped. I tried running the wall to see if that would help but it only seemed to slow me down. The solution? I had to go in the south door and go all the way around to get into the east wing. If anyone has had success with getting to the east wing door from the entrance area since the DX9 patch, post your tricks.

My favorite mob? Skeletons - because they enjoy fighting so much.
Did the lev thing last night no probs with SoW or run3, sounds to me like you were taking the direct route and as lev is relative to the ground sinking fast, the way we had to do it was from the N or S pot head to the middle a bit to keep the floor under you and looking upwards then East, hope this helps )
Killed her yesterday on Bristlebane, dropped urn first try, and also: Used rogue to pick south door and fought/Paci'd all the way to her, a lvl 65 Pally, Rogue and Boxing a Shaman. Everything slowable. Wrapped Leggings of the Berserker LORE ITEM MAGIC ITEM NO DROP Weight: 1.0 Size: LARGE Slot: LEGS AC: +17 Str: +8 Sta: +8 Fire Resist: +5 Disease Resist: +5 Cold Resist: +5 Magic Resist: +5 Poison Resist: +5 HP: +50 Classes: Monk Druid Beastlord Races: All Races Slot 1: Type 7
killed her three tiems since the patch dropped some berzerker elgs monk druid beast only . acid girdle and mesh bp or somehting liek that but she dropped the mirror every time , she hasnt dropped the urn for spirit wracked cords as far as i have been able to find out since HS was revamped. If anyone can contradict me pls do so
We killed her last night after the servers came back up from the zone revamp.. gotta admit, I have nothing to compare it to, as we've never found her up before. It was a pretty easy fight though as we had overkill with 10 people 55-65.
Anyway, she dropped the urn, the mirror and what seems to be a new belt.
ACID ETCHED GIRDLE AC 10 STR 5 STA 5 WIS 8 INT 8 HP 50 MANA 50
Ok me problem isnt the fight, its scouting her...HOW HOW HOW do I tell if shes up? Is there any tricks? or do you need to camp by her somewhere where no mobs roam? Rouge sneak down like the Hole? Any info will be appreciated.
She's trackable from the zone-in with Druid tracking.... just have to root the 2 wanderers at the ZI long enough to look at the Tracking box before gating out.

I want to camp out near her spawn and check on her every once in a while, but every map I can find just list her in the E wing, but without giving a specific location. I was hoping someone who knows more than I could tell me which # named she is at on this map..
On the pull she casted insideous regression on me twice, it stuck once. After that she casts various necro dots and nukes. She is flagged undead because well she's a floating pile of animated bones, can't get anymore undead that that, so undead spells and procs work fine. Pacify or other types of lull spells are nice to calm her 4 golem guards. Otherwise 2 other undead mobs followed her on the pull. Pulled without some type of lull you would get 7 mobs on a pull at full pop.

Posted:Mar 17 2003 at 5:00 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Someone Posted That They G-Flux'd From The Center To The East Door. Then Made Thier Way To Drusella's Room Without Keys. I Found That Last Door To Her Area Locked, Is It Rogue Only? Or Has Someone Found The Key To That Door Yet?
A mage friend of mine and I (cleric) died miserably in Howling Stones several times while duoing there in our mid 50's. Now that we are higher levels (both 68), we went back simply for revenge.
None of the loot we encountered was of a quality (compared to gear from recent expansions GoD, OoW, and DoN) to be worth the trip, but it was a lot of fun getting the master key and watching the mage pet chew the mobs up that had chewed us up before. And the Necklace of Superiority is a fairly nice twink item with no level restrictions.
In specific response to the question asked here, Drusella Sathir spawns in FRONT of the final locked door, so there is no need of a key to get to her. First time we got to the room where she spawns there was a Mortiferous Protector in the room with several other golems (a bit hard for me to count since I'm a timid cleric and I stood outside the room chaining CH on the mage pet hehe) but looked to be about 6 or 7 mobs total. The room contains the glove necessary to get the master key for the zone. My mage friend got the glove just before the 15 minute server reset announced March 15. We decided to camp out in the entrance room and come back immediately so I could get the glove as well. When we came back in, Drusella was up--easy kill at our levels using the level 66 air pet with conviction on. Based on this information, I believe (no proof, just suspicion) Drusella is a boss with a PH who can be spawned by repeated killing of the room, just as all the wing mini-bosses are. She dropped the Mirror of Self Loathing and one other forgettable piece.
By the way, we were never able to single pull in most of this dungeon. In fact, it became almost comical: I would walk into a room where the mage had engaged his pet on a skeleton. The mage would sit and I would come in to heal pet. The skeletons in the room would run past the sitting mage and the pet to hit the standing cleric who was behind them. Just a word of warning to clerics in this zone: you will have nearly twice the aggro radius of at least the mage class... be prepared to get thumped from time to time. Once mage pet had hit everything at least once (using mage pet focus AA) I could step out of range and be fine as long as I had not hit anything.
Definitely a fun zone to figure out. And I made one AA in completing the dungeon, so there is still a TINY bit of experience lurking in there even at 68. You will need patience: it took us about 6 hours total to complete simply because we had terrible luck getting the mini-bosses in the wings to spawn and drop the keys needed for the other wings. And since the keys are NO RENT (go figure), you will need to stay until you complete the whole dungeon, since the master key required the glove from Drusella Sathir's room, in the last wing of the dungeon.
When you get tired of the rat race for gear and glory, go back to some of the old zones... there's still lots of fun to be had.
By the way, our dorky method for getting to east wing without the keys (after server reset we decided to goof around a bit) went as follows. We cleared the golems guarding the South wing (could have done North just as easily. I jumped up on one of the lamps (I'm a dwarf, and mage is a gnome--don't know if this plays a role in our success). Then the mage trained me with a golem from one of the other doors. I stood without attacking with my back to the corner while mage pet pushed the golem continually into me. (We did this twice just to test it.) On death, the golem died on top of the lamp giving extra height. The mage now jumped up on top of the dead golem while in elemental form, leved himself and was able to run to East entrance without falling. This was NOT possible to do without the golem's corpse. He then CoH'ed me over to the entrance. Of course, you wouldn't have any keys to any other dungeon doors, so only useful to do if you're too lazy (we hold a patent in that) to fight your way through the South wing again to get into East wing--which is necessary even if you hold the master key.

Posted:Oct 01 2002 at 12:44 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I have all the pieces I need to complete the greenmist quest, EXCEPT for this one here. I play on the Cazic Thule server, and am looking for someone to MQ this with me please. The mirror CAN be used twice for the same thing, to spawn the haggle Baron Dalnir. I am willing to pay/trade, or whatever if you can Mq this with me, just send me an email either here, or at destrukter@yahoo.com, thx
Probably not gonna help u but the mirror and rile's shattered blade are both no drop. The blade is very easy to get and i went in there as main tank at 55 without a clr/shm and was able to pick it up. Mirror is easily MQable.
has he got his faction or the several other khukri's needed. I personally believe the Greenmist is one of the easier khukris to finish. So post a pic when he gets it....that is if he ever will.
What's the deal? Mirror is pretty much the toughest part of greenmist. Getting the various cabilis factions is just a matter of time/endurance. I've seen dorf paladins banking in cabilis, so why not a DE SK do the greenmist.
Im a dark elf, im a shadow knight, im doing greenmist....NOT kos either, anyone who says iksar is the only race that can is a total idiot hehe. i regularly sell crappy WW vendor loot in cabilis for my faction IS Warmly.
Hmmm...i soloed all the other Khurki's in a week at lvl 52 and wasn't able to solo either the Alchymst Acolyte nor Drusella. The Greenmist Khurki was definately harder for me to complete than the others combined. But hey, maybe that's just me. BTW the mirror is no drop but as stated above is MQ'able.
Now that the greenmist is useable by all SK, I'm sure I am not the only one wondering. Does she drop the mirror every time, or is she going to be a long camp. By the looks of the greenmist, it will be well worth my time to pick it up if possible, and is probably the best weapon I'll see before my epic. If anyone has any information on the drop rate fo the mirror, or any other info on the greenmist quest, I'd appreciate it.
What the hell, none of you have done your "homework" if you factioned with bone chips. All it takes is 120 explorer knives to get the faction you need.
You can also do a quest, originates in LoIO. Collect the "finesteel" from veksar and turn it into an iksar on the shores. You'll get some huge faction hits, even bigger then explorer knives.
Of course, you need to be high enough in level to collect the weapons, or perhaps buy them<shrug>
Also, the bone chips faction is easier to get. Instead of a day or two of mindlessly killing the explorers, you can just get a high level necro with Flesh to Bone AA and turn meat into chips. Short chick in SH sells scorpion meat for 2gp a stack (near echo bank). Instant Ikky faction with no negative faction hits and it only takes about 15 mins to get the chips you need. Big thank you to Revlak on E'CI!
The mirror is no drop, a rare item, but the nice thing is, when used for the Greenmist quest, the mirror is not used up on the 1st hand-in, Haggle Baron actually hands you back a broken mirror which can be used AGAIN for Greenmist, so 1 mirror off Drusella = 2 possible Greenmist blades.
If you have trouble getting friends/guildmates to get all the way to Drusella or camping her for days on end (which people do for that dang urn), try auctioning for the mirror MQ, no faction is required, and you would be surprised how many people have 1 sitting in their bank.
To do start this quest as a non-iksar see the squire in the tower to the right when you go upstairs through the portal, then hail him and answer him (he wont have brackets) then you gotta do the test of exoneration...unless your an *** who is too lazy to do that and MQ's it ;) but good luck with that cuz you need ALOT of faction to MQ it. Good luck to all yo soft skins out there who want this.

Posted:Jun 12 2002 at 9:44 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) You very obviously have not done your Greenmist homework. Yes, they made it all races, but I think they did it as a joke. One of the required pieces of the Greenmist is to complete the various Khukri quests that are given to new Iksar SK when they first go to the guild. At 42, I am halfway through these quests (Hero's Khukri). I sincerely doubt you will even do the quest to get to the first Khukri when you see what non-iks have to do. It makes the real SK epic quest look like the Antonica Mail Deliveries...
I HAVE done my homework. I do know of at least one non-iksar SK that does alreayd have the greenmist, so I know it is possible. It is the faction fixing that is the hard part of the greenmist. I have already started gatering the pieces for the prerequiset kukri quests. By the looks of the other SK's post in reply, I would say my bone chip collecting/turning in is about half over. (The Legion of Cab LOVE me, but the crusaders still won't talk to me.) I am determined to do the quest, and will complete it.
Now, As far as I can see, nobody has posted on the question I asked. What about the mirror. I would like to know if it is no drop or not for one. If its not, I can collect it with a higher level charactor and pass it down. (Cheating I know, but I don't think my tiny guild could handle the raid) Second, any tactics for getting a slightly under powered guild into Drucella, and taking her down would be a great help. Thanks to Medsgaleer for the info you posted, and any further info would be appreciated.
Yes the faction is a nightmare...it took me 6,000 bone chips to raise my faction. (I'm a DE SK) Also had to kill 1500+ Iksar (marauders, pariahs etc) to raise Brood of Kotiz faction (Iksar Necro).
So yes it is difficult to do but it is totally possible.
Also, the reward is much more in line with the effort than our actual epic. Considering with the introduction to Luclin expansion there are weapons now availbe to SK's with better ratio and comparable stats.
Finally, the Greenmist also offers Shissar Bane which is valuable in SSRA.
Don't discount an item simply because it takes effort to get. BTW, on the E'CI server I know of 2 other DE SK's that have this item already.... I will be the 3rd (that i know of..i'm sure there are more)
If anyone needs info on this quest, send me a tell and i'll help ya as best i can.
As people have noted, the hardest part about Drusella is getting to her.
Personally, I recommend G-fluxing over the East Stairs of the entryway in order to avoid the more circuitous route through the South Wing. It also obviates the need for keys, as there are no locked doors from the East Stairs to Drusella's room.
I took my group of 5 level 60 folks there (60 SK, Shaman, Cleric, Enchanter, Druid) and took us about an hour to reach her room from the stairs (our DPS is not high). First pull of her room, we wiped due to aggroing the whole room and not being prepared for it. The second try was flawless and we got her with only one add with the SK dark-pull method.
After playing around in the new CT for a long time, the mobs here seem pretty gimp. Any reasonable group of level 60's can easily do this. 55's could do with a well-balanced group of folks.
