His main drop is Fog Herb Totem.
But he also drops Selrach's armor.
For us he dropped:
Selrach's Soulslayer Pants
Fight Info

Adds can be rooted and snared..
They cast Fungal Rot
Decrease Hitpoints by 7692 per tick
Trigger Effect: Fungal Bloom on Fade
Increase Disease Counter by 50
Whole fight took about 5 minutes with 105 War, Sham, Necro, Wiz, and 2 healer mercs.
But he also drops Selrach's armor.
For us he dropped:
Selrach's Soulslayer Pants

Just to add to this, after killing the herbalist 20-30 times, he seems to limit his adds to 2. If you kill one off the Herbalist will re-summon.
The adds do summon if they get damaged.
