This one's a wizard, so take him seriously. His AoE is weak, but if he keeps using it your casters might start feeling the burn. The bigger concern is that, when pulled, he'll opt to stand back and blast with DDs. If you've got a tank pulling, no problemo... but if it's a monk, you've got problems, since FD doesn't matter if the mob is already casting.
Pull these guys with tanks.
