Good day today. Running to Kurns I got the Carrion Queen and looted her leggings. I got down there and started killing left and right. First round of respawning popped the Jester with Club. 3 Hits and a Harm Touch for 310 (not even taking a chance with the KS) and he dropped.

31 SK, I have been soloing down there from at least 25, originally for exp. Only thing I can warn you about, if the zone is full, use your see invis to watch for high levels down there to KS you. I have had that problem more than once, although I have luckily never been KS'd.

Truly, you can camp it or just wander in once in a while and you stand equal chances of even seeing the Jester, never mind with Club

i camped this guy for 15hours hasent spawned 1 time i have killed the fingered skeloton and thickboned so many times i have alot of fine steel but i would trade it all for the club i want that club badly

I was Camping him and saw the guy 1 time yes he dropped the club did NOT notice the lore tag on it heheh so i continued to camp him was killing Burynai and Skeletons and a Burynai excavator with a name like that not a Capital E like usual he dropped an Icy Soloist's Wand which i sold for 2000pp and ended up selling club for 7000pp needless to say i had a field day and set my self for 35 levels with 2 Knuckle Dusters and CCS Wu's Armor and Gnome Skin mixed be sure to just loosen up and don't expect stuff and you will end up RICH

Refferences to locations are in accordance with the EQ Atlas map of the tower.

Locations:
His spawn locations (as well as his place holders), are in multiple spots along the hallway outside of the room where eq atlas says he spawns. If you are standing at the east end of this hall way, facing west, he can spawn around the corner (out of view), and he'll mingle with the burynai (at loc p100, p250) before wandering back down the hall.

Place Holders:
His ph can be any skeleton (including thick boned skel) or a burynai. Something to note about this zone, I went here at level 40, so everything was green. The only burynai that would aggro on me were the ph's for undead jester and the cook. Also, the aggro range is much wider for the ph, than any of the other mobs in the zone.

Different Spawns:
In the stables where the Forager spawns, there are two wandering skells here, they are not ph's for the jester. They will only roam the that section and not the hallway. There are two spawns in the room that EQ Atlas indicates that the jester spawns, I doubt these are ph's (because the buryani that spawn here don't aggro if green), and sometimes they will wander into the room across the hall (but it doesn't hurt to kill em anyway). There is a spawn in the rest of the rooms along the hallway where the jester spawns (they don't roam the hall).
From what I can tell, there are two spawns in the hall, both spawns roam the hallway from location p100, p250 all the way to where the forager spawns. On a rare occaion, these two will spawn back to back.

Timer:
From what I can tell, he is on a 10min timer. I had many occasions where the ph or jester would pop right on time, 10 times in a row, then nothing would spawn for 20 min or so. However, when it would spawn again, it was right on schedule. Also, it seems that the timer resets as soon as you engage, either jester or ph, into battle.

Thick Boned Skell:
This mob only spawns as a ph holder for each of the mobs: Fingered Skell, Cook and Jester (not sure about Forager, mainly due to that I wasn't camping him). So, I've seen as many as 3 up at the same time.

if u are a monk its to heavy
If u are a war or any other type of mellee its still to heavy, you'll run outa stam quick..
stats are decent for the lvl it takes to get this..I'd say at 20-25 easy.
and if u wanna buy a club, just go get a real one or wait till u can afford a Jmace..yes i said Jmace, if u can afford this u can wait and buy the Jamce. Skill went from 30-215 in one night of decent play. If u can get it for under 1k go ahead ..its a toy , nothing more
If u still get exp, then by all means camp it, but getting to him at that lvl would be more hassle than its worth.
Worthless, much like a GBS ( ya know that other "Uber L33T" drop from lvl 15 or so mob)
Give up if u are camping it. hes called a Jester beacuse he's making fun of you.

Been lvl my necro from 19 to 22 while looking for the jester.
The jester isn't harder than any of the lesser icebones (easier I would say) and at lvl 20 I could handle him with one bub of mana and a half beaten pet.
Five days of camping 3 to 8 hours each camp...
Four Jesters... Four finesteel two-handed swords.
The Jester is rare, and the club seems even rarer. However, fine xp and intensive action! I am not done yet, and I figured that everything (or just about will be green at 24...so I'll keep looking). When my necro stop get xp, my soon to be 19 shammy will take over...
I can not understand how anyone 35+ can camp this spawn though... the Jester is rare, and the club uber rare... no xp... no loot... GO TO RATHE and do HGS! BUY the club!
